Stayed in these apartments before and like the location and the facilities available in the apartments

Check in was 3pm which is later than previous times we have stayed. Freezer was frozen up and couldn't open it after buying ice to use while we stayed.

Location, staff were friendly

The floors weren't cleaned. Walking about in socks/bare feet ended up black and sticky.

Great location. Appreciated the washer dryer being in the room.

The place was not very clean. Found a few toe/fingernails on the floor, the floor was sticky. When I got into the shower the amount of dust/dirt that came off was gross from the floor. The one shower didnt get any cold water so we all had to share the other shower.

the staff - I was charged twice for the room so instead of paying €209 I payed €418 when bringing this up to them I couldn’t get an answer for days, they tried to send me here there and everywhere to get out of giving me my money back and have not said sorry once. I certainly will never be back here and wouldn’t advise anyone to either, absolutely disgraceful

We asked for a blind to be fixed which wasn't done.In one of the apartments for single beds which were not provided the receptionist said booking.com had not requested this.

Limited tea and coffee ad expensive charges for extras

The receptionist Kasey was extremely helpful. She changed the sheets, brought us up new mugs and clean towels, new cups and a new tea towel when requested. She left us a lovely note apologising for the uncleanliness of the room.

The bed was dirty and hasn't been changed. There were hairs and stains on the bed. There were no clean towels and they had to be requested. Microwave and oven were both left lying open. Two dirty coffee cups were left beside the microwave. The tea towel in the kitchen had been used. The over tray had been used with dirty tin foil still on it. The drainer in the kitchen was still dirty.

Location is excellent. 10 out of 10. On the edge of the Catherdral Quater & short walk across Bridge from titanic quater. Large bedrooms & 2 large bathrooms, one with bath&1 with a shower. Very well equipped flat.

Locks on main door required a knack to get them to work. Bathroom had a smell of drains. The flat itself was clean & tidy although a little TLC to marks & holes in door etc would have made a big difference. The blinds only titled in one room & others were either open or closed fully. There was no curtains which made the rooms very very bright & not ideal for sleeping. We were upgraded to a sea view but in turn for this we looked onto a motorway & found this very noisy.

The location is perfect for visiting the titanic, and wandering the city sights. The apartment was fairly clean, spacious and good facilities. We are a family of 5, the gave us an extra bed. The apartment had 2 bathrooms and we had a view of the city. We were on floor 7… unsure if lower might not get a view.

It was definitely not luxury. But it was clean.

Still haven’t been refunded for my deposit, almost a month later. Deposit was written in the fine print so we didn’t realise we had to put down one until we were getting outlets keys

Good location

Room was filthy, dirty linen in one room, we paid for a room with a view but didn't get one. No linen supplied with sofa bed despite booking the apartment for 5 people. When we requested extra linen we were told they would get back to us bit never did

it was very spacious and could cook your own meals if needed.

the place wasn’t the cleanest. my partner got bites from sleeping so the bed must of not been the cleanest and parts of the apartment was a bit run down so could be a bit more cared for.

It was soooo complicated to leave our car at the apartment's car park. We had to leave the apartment at 4 am (early flight) and nobody would have let us out from the car park. ..... if we not leaving the car in an other car park, we would have missed the plane. ....... so we had to spend more money because of the apartment fault. ..... cheap and bad. ...

it was clean, spacious and great location

I got an email asking if I would like to add a breakfast basket and when I replied they said they didn’t do them, this is maybe opinion but would be a great extra all the time as I was there for the ice hockey so a flying stop over that would have given me extra time instead of trying ti get ti a shop etc.

cannot afford to wait an hour to get hot water only to find out the hot water was not working after wasting a few hours on a two day stay !!! not good ! bed is all springs and dirty bedding Blocked sink in kitchen and a blockage in toilet right from check in

The location was good as we were heading to the SSE arena.

It was dirty, we had to set an alarm to get up an hour before we planned to have a shower as it took 60 minutes for the hot water to work. There was only 10 minutes of hot water so only one of us got a hot shower. When brushing our teeth the water didn’t drain very well at all from the sink. There was hair in the bath and round the sink. It was very dusty and the floor needed a hoover. The smoke alarm was continually beeping as it needed a new battery and then when maintenance came they couldn’t sort it other than turning it off completely as they didn’t have the parts. the bed was also very uncomfortable. Pillows very flat and uncomfortable too.

over all property was beautiful and very homely really enjoyed my stay

I absolutely loved the location, and how close we were to all the restaurants and main spots in the city. The apartment is also equipped with everything you really need for a short stay which is handy. Another plus is a lift, which is ideal for those with disabilities and plenty of bags. The

but on the other hand, the apartment itself wasn’t the cleanest. It definitely would benefit from small touch ups. Me and my partner walked either bare foot or in white socks and our feet turned so dirty and black. it is clear that these floors never get brushed or mopped. Another thing is, they take a VERY long time to send you your deposit back. We were told it will take 3-9 working days. I have stayed here over a month ago, and still haven’t received my money back…quite off putting

Excellent location Rooms were decent sized. Two bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were good.

Our apartment was on the main road side of the building. We found it very noisy with traffic. Windows didn't keep much noise out. £20 a night for the car park was a bit too expensive. 10am check out isn't great either and it was £20 an hour for late check out but no later than 12. We didn't avail of that given the cost but would have liked to do it as we have a child with special needs and more time in morning would have made it easier all round.

The location was excellent right in the quay near the high street next to an excellent pub. No meals provided but an excellent kitchen to prepare breakfast.

Nothing excellent rooms one of which was en-suite

The location was great, just a short walk into the shops and restaurants. The price was good for what you got and the shower was nice and warm. The bathroom was clean. If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep, then it's perfect.

The floor was sticky in all parts of the apartment. I did not take my socks off at all when walking around, and the bottom of my socks were brown by the end of each day. We had also booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given two one bedroom apartments. While this worked out fine for us, it wasn't what we'd booked.
