Absolutely beautiful and perfect location in Portofino. Clean, decor was nice and everything was in great condition. W definitely say it’s for 2 adults and a child as it has a queen bed and a cot.

Main complaint is that listing said washer and dryer were included and they were not . Also note that it’s on 2nd floor and stairs are very steep. We were fortunate that our driver carried our luggage up .

Clean apartment that is located near to restaurants, some shops and the bay

We were sent a form to fill in which had a contract on the last section for us to sign for a one night stay. Contract was in Italian and we translated it and found that the amount to be paid on the contract was €40+ more than the amount we had already paid on booking.com. We didnt ended up signing the contract in the end (had to message the staff multiple times over two days to sort this out) but just beware to check the contract as I am not sure if we would have been made to pay the difference if we actually signed it. After checking in online, we were sent the check in videos to find the key to the apartment. However, we were sent the wrong and outdated video and had to call them to ask where is the key to the apartment. Apartment was advertised as having a washing machine but it did not come with one. Apartment was advertised as being for four people but did not have proper pillows and duvets/blankets for the sofa bed outside. Pillows that were on the sofa were not clean and we stuffed them into the pillowcase provided before using them. We had to use the bedsheet as a blanket during the night. Apartment had two airconditioners but one stopped working two hours after we checked in, and one stopped working the morning when we are checking out (we stayed for one night). I cant imagine if we stayed for longer and did not have a working airconditioner in the summer heat. Apartment fee included a €90 cleaning charge but we were expected to 'leave the apartment as clean as possible', 'leave the apartment tidy' and to take the rubbish out before we left. The staff also said that any extra cleaning costs will be charged to us. We would have left the apartment in a clean state (dishes washed etc) anyway but to charge a €90 cleaning fee and expecting your guests to clean the apartment before leaving and even taking out the rubbish is too much.

It is in the heart of Portofino. Communication with owner was smooth, we have no problems to find it and open.

View on the street and building nearby. Very, very steep stairs.

The location was perfect. Very close to the car park, very close to the main place. The apartment was very clean, with everything inside: towels, sponge, washing dishes product, dish washer tabs, bin bags, toilet paper.. Everything! Very good customer service, very efficient and available at all time!

There is no other way to get your bags to the apartment but carrying them over quite some number of stairs. Recommendation: rather take two smaller bags then one big and heavy bag If the windows are open all the noise from the street is getting in the apartment. That includes early opening of the bar below and noise of arranging tables and chairs which e.g. woke me up every morning. However, I guess the one looking for centrally located accommodation accepts that risk. Communication with owner or agency which rented the apartment was a bit strange. We never saw anybody. As soon as I booked the apartment, I was contacted by WhatsApp by guy called Paolo. All communication since then went over WhatsApp. Some questions, which I asked remained unanswered. E-mails, which I sent over booking.com were not answered. I got several e-mails from an agency. One was giving instructions for online check in. In attachment to that e-mail was the invoice with different price to what we paid over booking.com and a document in italian. I was supposed to sign that document to get through online check in. I asked few times for english or german translation but never got anything. Finally I translated it by google translator. It was a contract with apartment owner, which I then signed although not agreeable with one point, just to get through online check in. However, despite bad feeling, everything went well. Day before our arrival Paolo sent instructions how to get in the flat and it worked exactly as he said.

Amazing location right in the heart of Portofino. We arrived earlier than check in, but the hosts were really accommodating and let us drop our bags off earlier. Apartment really clean and had all the necessary amenities. Really recommend and would definitely return.
