I was given a small bottle of water each day which is not enough. Everywhere else I have stayed, you are given 1.5L at minimum, (one place I received 3 litres) every day. When I asked about a second small bottle of water, I was told that it would cost extra. Water bottle in breakfast room was empty and when asked for a replacement, I was told it was coming. After 30 min, I gave up. First day breakfast was outstanding. Last two days was less than satisfactory. Particularly disappointing was the lack of honey for yogurt on the last 2 days. Again, I was told it was coming but yet it never did and in fact, the next day, there was none either. Internet can be inconsistent and slow. It did not work at all for a period of over 24 hours, despite being told it would be working 'soon'. When it finally came back, it as shockingly slow and I was bumped off the internet several times.

Charges is heavy & comparatively other hotel same place same duration ,i can get 3/4 Star hotel for the same rate which i paid....

Booking.com missed to mention children details in their booking confirmation email which made chaos at hotel reception. Due to hotel goodwill of hotel management the issue was resolved.

Sturdy foam, dusty room, ironing board provided is faulty, toilet tissues not provided we need to call. Should be refilled initially, pillow they kept 2 in the cabinet without any pillow cases, hair curler was provided instead of dryer being ask and the comb is filthy. The foam of the bed is an improvised one, to make it a whole they connected two separate single foam and the connection in between hurts.

Staff helpfulness. They called us a taxi for a tour. They also called a taxi to get us all to the Airport on time

The location was hidden. The taxi driver couldn't find the Hotel address even after giving them the full address driver had to ask for directions for coming from the Airport to the hotel as the hotel was in a remote location.

Booked understanding WiFi would be available in the room, WiFi was only usable in the hotel lobby. No cleaner came to the room in a 7 day stay unfortunately
