We loved everything about the house from the wonderful pool, chipping green, BBQ grill, full kitchen, comfortable bed, huge master bathroom. We would happily stay again. The owners were so helpful and friendly.

Ken and Debbie are outstanding hosts. We ran into a mishap with vehicle rental and they were able accommodate our needs without hesitation. The home itself is well equipped with comfortable furnishings. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

The house was beautiful, very clean, welcoming and equipped with lots of towels, comfortable beds, all sorts of kitchen utensils and beautiful indoor and patio furniture. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable as we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The outdoor patio with pool was great and the surroundings were very quiet. We can only warmly recommend this house and will definitely book it again.

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we will return again someday. The temperatures were high, but we didn’t mind it because of the wonderful and clean pool. It felt like a home away from home.

This home was the icing on the cake since this was our first time in Phoenix. We had a lot of activities planned throughout the state and the beauty and cleanliness of the home made our stay very pleasant. The home is well-equipped with all the essentials you would need to complete your stay. The home is well kept inside and out. The landscaping, pool and putting green gave it a resort-like feel. Morning hikes in the neighborhood were fantastic with views of Goodyear as we sat on top of a small mountain. We were very pleased with our accommodations and didn’t feel like we were too far from getting to and from our activities. The host was responsive and we appreciated the reminder about setting out the trash. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to other travelers.

Absolutely love the area, it was nice and quiet which we definitely enjoyed. It’s very spacious and very comfortable. Honestly, it wasn’t too far from the area that were visiting and very convenient. The swimming pool is not to deep but served it’s purpose for relaxing and swimming. I definitely would recommend this place to others who enjoy the quiet life of nature

My parents and sister and I absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We were only 6 minutes from my other sister who lives in Goodyear which was awesome! Ken and Debbie were quick to reply to our questions which was greatly appreciated! My 17 year old son and I stayed at this location because my son had a golf tournament he was competing in near by. This place was just what we were looking for. The neighbor is nice and quiet and the house itself was very clean and comfortable. The pool and putting green were extra bonuses which we took advantage of. I would recommend this place. We hope to be back again!

A home couldn’t get any cleaner inside and out! The house is stocked with plenty of towels, comfortable beds and pillows, all kitchen supplies, nice indoor and patio furniture, and new carpet! Ken was super responsive to all questions we had and was very accommodating with any special requests. The pool is gorgeous, heated naturally by the sun. Water felt so nice during the major heat wave. Close to trails, groceries, and Estrella Club. Ken’s home was perfect for our trip and I hope I have the chance to stay there again sometime soon!

The house was great, very clean and welcoming. It took little time for us to feel comfortable and at home and we didn't feel like we were invading someone's private home. Communication was good. Pool was great and neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. Minor complaint, the grill propane was empty and it was up to us to fill it at our expense but we ended up borrowing the propane tank from the fire pit to grill a couple times... Overall we enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and clean and set in a quiet neighborhood. Temperature hit over 100 degrees during our stay so it was nice that the house had a pool. My husband is a golfer so he enjoyed the putting green, as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we would come back again.
