Nice house yo stay in close to the beach and Bonita Springs amenities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and local mini golf within walking distance. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. He provided a couple items we requested quickly which was great. Property was clean and organized, well equipped, and as advertised. We had a great stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is a beautiful home very convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Mike is a great host. We hope to return in the future.

This place is beautiful. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping & the beach. It is very well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms, pool. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Christmas. We loved that the host set up a Christmas tree. Very thoughtful. Property is very clean, had all the necessities you needed. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to mini golf if you have children. Overall great holiday week. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in! Located on a quiet, low-traffic street, but still walkable to Publix, shops, and restaurants. This spacious, well-stocked home was very clean including the pool. Communication was excellent. We wiil definitely consider this home for our next trip to Bonita.

If you're looking for a place to chill, this is it. You don't even have to go far for groceries if you enjoy cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped. The layout of the house is perfect for napping or just chilling by the pool, just like the pictures.

A wonderful property close to anything and everything you could want in Bonita Springs. One of the best equipped VRBOs we have rented. It’s especially nice that the cleaning team leaves dry goods that other renters have purchased. Check the property before you hit up Publix. The lanai and outdoor kitchen with the pool and spa can’t be beat. There are lots of communicative notes around the house but if you have additional questions or concerns, Communicating with Michael is easy and excellent - he responds quickly to texts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time. The house is so lovely. Pool and hot tub are a huge plus. The owner was available to is with answers to any questions. We plan to book this house again very soon.

Our stay at Bonita Bungalow was perfect to enjoy relaxing family time with indoor & outdoor living by the pool and as well as exploring area beaches, adventures & restaurants. The location is close to grocery stores, surf shops, beaches, restaurants, miniature golf, etc. Bonita Springs is centrally located so it is easy to enjoy things from Ft Myers down to Marco Island. The home is as described with everything in working order. Great communication with owner for easy checkin & checkout.

We loved the location, minutes from the beach and grocery store, we visited both a lot! The pool was an amazing hang out spot for our family and my grand daughter who is a toddler. We fit in the 3 spacious bedrooms so well, and loved the outdoor grill, big kitchen and comfy sectional couch with large ottomans, just couldn’t have been a better fit for our family, 4 adults and one child! The host was attentive, neighbors were great, we hope to come back!

Property is in a excellent location for the beach and all conveniences, very well decorated and clean. Mike has been a excellent host and would definitely stay there again.

First and foremost, the house was precisely as described and pictured. No surprises and all of the things we were liked about the house were really there. Loved the outdoor kitchen and pool area and although the weather was not always warm enough, used it as often as we could. Appreciated the fact that Michael came over to meet us after giving us a few days to settle in. We had a few minor repair issued that needed attention and he was prompt and responsive to these things. We could tell he wanted to make sure we were happy, which we were. Location is very good for access to the best of the Bonita Springs area and the north part of Naples.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was very convenient. We loved being able to take a hot tub and sit outside without worrying about being bothered by bugs. I can’t think of anything to improve about our stay!

We enjoyed the house. It is very well appointed and comfortable. The pool area was quite the highlight. Despite being off of a major road, the neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay!! The home is beautiful, immaculately clean and had every amenity you could possibly need. The setup is perfect! The lanai with the pool and jacuzzi are a great place to relax and grill and if you wanted to cook indoors the kitchen has everything you would need. We loved the location, very friendly neighborhood and close to so many restaurant's and things to do. Mike and his dad were great hosts! We have already booked again for next year!

My parents stayed at this property for two weeks and my father had to drag my mother out of there. She loved everything about it and, so you know, she's not easy to please.

Mike was wonderful to work with! Communication was open and timely. House had everything we didn't pack (beach equipment-chairs, towels, cooler, shade, even aloe for sunburns) House was near everything and only minutes away from Barefoot Beach. When it rained the teenagers enjoyed the pool, Netflix, we played cards, Monopoly & Taboo all conveniently located in the house. Even PlayStation and games are available for guest usage. Needless to say, a great time was had by all, thanks Mike!

This house is in a great location - easy access to everything. It was nice but I think this could be awesome if there was some attention to detail. Such as, the furniture by the pool could use updating-it was worn and stained. The basics were missing- toilet paper, Kleenex, and garbage bags. The beach items need to be replaced. The chairs are rusty and falling apart. I contacted the owner -Mike, and he was very apologetic and accommodating. He was great to work with. I felt the house was worn and could use some updating. I would give a perfect rating if it wasn’t for this. Overall we enjoyed our stay, Mike was great to work with, location was good, and I would recommend staying here.
