Estou desiludida com o hotel tem uma ótima localização mas as comodidades não são nada confortáveis melhor do que tinha era a varanda para podermos desfrutar … colchão péssimo …por trás da cama tinha muito pó no chão vê se que não tem muita limpeza
Antes da minha estadia pedi através do booking se poderia ser cama de casal confirmaram . Chego ao quarto duas camas individuais , fui direto à receção e disseram que não haveria problema que já iria tratar disso… simplesmente juntaram as camas na hora nem tiveram o trabalho de por lençóis de casal e sim dormimos separadamente na mesma … acho que deveria ter mais atenção pois nós pagamos para ter condições é simplesmente fazem o que querem e dinheiro para o bolso

Un alojamiento fantástico en frente de la playa. Es un edificio antiguo y se nota en las habitaciones, pero las estan remodelando. El personal súper simpático.
El desayuno era limitado, pero suficiente para recargar pilas por la mañana y salir de excursión! Una pena que la piscina no estuviese abierta…

Não poderia ter escolhido melhor ,Vila Franca do Campo é lindíssimo... Quarto com uma vista espectacular ,mas diferente do que que vi nas fotos. Pequeno almoço razoável, com vista magnífica para a praia!

Perfect location for exploring areas around Furnas and Nordeste.
The hotel is located next to the beach and the room had a view over the marina.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. I got some advice what to see in the surroundings.
The breakfast was very poor. One sort of cheese and salami, scrambled eggs that looked like a soup and I did not dare to try ... The quantities were low as well and the quality questionable. I ate for a very low price a better quality breakfast in the nearby restaurants. It would be better if the hotel did not serve the breakfast at all!
Parking spots next to the hotel are only for couple of cars. There is a bigger parking a bit further away, which is not so convenient when you have to carry the luggage.

Hotel is cheap, good location. staff is very friendly and heplful.
Not easy to find the entrance. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room and bathroom enough for one or two nights.

No mini fridge or hairdryer.
Continental breakfast was ok but depended on when you went to the dining room as to how much was available. Also, only one small toaster for a large room of people!

Stunning view and location. The staff were fantastic, happy and helpful. Beautiful view. Lots of nearby restaurants.
Could do with a mini fridge in the room and a hairdryer. The breakfast bar had one broken toaster and only one coffee machine and food ran out when it got busy

Cheap, parsimonious breakfast. Skipped it after the first day! Hotel is at bottom of steep stairs and ramp. Desk closes at midnight. Pool empty, not covered.

The location is awesome: very close to the public beach, whose main access is further so it looks like a private beach in practice.
The hotel is almost in the port, so has a nice view and very convenient.
Like all over the island, the fact that you have to put the toilet paper in a bin.

housekeeping service is terrible , the least I could say about it .. The room lightening is bad .
Thé checkout is dodgy and not clear. I was asked by the check out staff to pay thru international wire transfer ..
Claiming that the machine doesn’t accept international credit card. first time in my life to hear about this. I had to argue and at the end he agreed to deduct the money via credit card.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is also near to the centre of the town. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable

Exceptional location, clean room, super comfy beds, good breakfast with fresh coffee, and personable, friendly staff. Very nice to receive a complimentary bottle of water during the heat. The ac in the room was much appreciated!
Payment was complicated. I am not even sure how I could have paid without an EU bank account. The bathroom could use some TLC: shower drain was too slow and drain cover floated in the water, shower curtain had mold at the bottom, etc.. Such a contrast with the marble tiles!

the location is great, great beach
Very poor management, check in should start at 3:00 pm the rooms were not ready, check out suppose to be at 1:00pm they ask for you to check out at 11:00am. breakfast not too many healthy choices but it was okay with the exception of the coffee maker that didn’t work. The last day we found out that some rooms had a coffee maker we never had one. the sliding door in the room didn’t lock, we brought up to the staff attention but never got fixed. no safe in the room.

Amazing location with marvelous view! excellent Restaurants arround. Vila Franca is beautiful and provide lots of activities! Super nice rooms with an amzingly comfortable bed! I love the Nautik theme of the Hotel.
The drawers smelled a bit humid. The breakfast did not fit in this actually spectacular Hotel. it was a bit boring and we missed the delicious bolo levedo which you can find practically everywhere and some local jams.
If the air condition does not work it is adviseable to skip breakfast cause it has subjectively 50 degrees in the eating salon with panorama windows. (but we had a great view while we sweat 😅)

It was confirmed beforehand by Booking.com that check in could be at 12 noon but when I arrived the hotel would not let us in the room until 3pm. My booking also stated that check out could be up to 12 noon but in fact the hotel policy was 11am. Neither timing issues were a disaster but would be helpful for booking.com and the hotel to be in synch,

The best option in the area! It was close to town and right on the ocean, right next to great restaurants. The room was clean and cool, the beds were comfy. Also, a great spread for breakfast!

The position was perfect and the pool area comfort
We arrive at the hotel at 1pm and the receptionist says that out room wasnt ready and to Wait 30min. We Wait then come back and the room still wasnt ready. We Wait in the pool and After hours the gave US the room but when we entered the room was a mess. So we waited more time for the room ti be cleaned. At the end we Lost our afternoon waiting for a Room in wich we entered at 6 pm. Also the breakfast was terribile, no coffe and really bad food.

Location is amazing, you have a great beach just near the hotel, and generally the town is cery small and beautiful. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Great place to spend a couple of nights.
The rooms on the first floor can be accessed from the common terrace, so it's a bit uncomfortable to sleep with the open terrace doors (despite the location is pretty safe, I assume).

The hotel doesn’t have the wifi and elevator. The lady at the reception could be kinder, some people choose wrong profession. The breakfast is not good value for money. Bathroom should be cleaner.
