J'ai apprécié le calme, la chambre était spacieuse, et confortable, il y avait une table à repasser, l'éclairage de la chambre était bon, excellent petit déjeuner, bel espace d'accueil. Côté pratique de la navette. J'ai pu me reposer correctement entre 2 trajets, arrivant tard et repartant tôt.

Friendly staff and good size room. The Free airport shuttle was the one that tipped the scales .

Airport shuttle to stop at all terminal instead of only at T2. Was quite a trek from T2 dropped off to take the cdg shuttle .

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were lovely and the free shuttle was easy to find, not always the case with shuttles from CDG! Breakfast was a nice spread.

The free shuttle to the airport was nice.

The pool is not onsite. It is close though- but still a 3 min walk to another facility. The restaurant food quality was not to our liking.

Qualité de la literie, excellente insonorisation par rapport aux avions et a la route, très bon emplacement, très bonne clim et ventilation , personnel sympathique et efficace.

The room was wonderful; lots of room and the beds were very comfortable. It was great that we were able to take a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I went to take a bath and the water was brown. Also, when I asked about the shuttle to the airport, I was told a particular time to meet it. We met it 10 minutes before that and the shuttle was 10-15 minutes late. We made the flight, but it was very upsetting.

Service navette de l'aéroport très bien. Chambre propre et spacieuse, grand lit confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Seul petite déception : les piscines, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi ne font pas partie de l'hôtel contrairement à ce que l'on peut croire dans le descriptif... Ces installations sont municipales, mais très proches et gratuites pour les clients de l'hôtel.

It has nothing more, nothing less in the room, the bed is super comfortable!

The location is a little far, though it has a free shuttle but it only stops at Terminal 2B, my flight was at T1, so indeed a very long way to carry for heavy luggages. I took uber both ways. The night receptionists aren't good in English, I asked them for a morning call at 7:30 but they called at 6:40 instead. So be careful! Just to mention the menu they have aren't cheap at all!

Hôtel agréable, bien situé si on doit attendre un vol, l’accès gratuit au centre aquatique qui est à 2 minutes à pied! Le restaurant est pas mal mais peu varié, en 3 ou 4 nuits on a vite fait le tour de la carte (mais généralement on y reste 1 ou 2 nuits donc ça va). Le vin est bon, les chambres sont bien, les matériaux ont l’air récent. Bref hôtel agréable pour effectuer un transit!

Une petite bouteille offerte en chambre ne serait pas de refus, après un long vol c’est tjrs appréciable.

Stayed overnight due to an overbooked flight. All good from check in to check out, very friendly staff @ front desk, and super tasty 4 cheese pizza at the restaurant!

A very-well designed hotel with modern, well-designed room. The breakfast was great and the coffee machine delivered a particularly good cafe au lait! The shuttle can be reserved and runs on time.

The airport shuttle should run more frequently. As a newbee, I would have appreciated a map in their message with regard to the location of the shuttle. I had to ask two people where it was. I speak French so it was OK, but I would have been more comfortable with a map of the exact location of the pick-up, which is, for future travelers, Roissy Bus between Terminals D and B.

The room was right next to the furnace/boiler so I could hear a lot of noice. Thank goodness I had ear plugs so I was able to sleep.

Offers free airport shuttle. For airport pick-up go to terminal 2D and head to Exit 11 (it's the last on the left, at the end). Looks good and pretty modern. Smooth checkin experience. Decent breakfast. Overall good value for money

The room was beautiful

The window in the room wouldn't open and something had been sprayed that made me get sick. When I asked reception they said they couldn't do anything about it so I had to go look for another room. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager ever since to get reimbursed and no one replies to my emails. It is very frustrating. I ended up having to spend so much more as I had to get the first room available nearby.

Deuxième séjour au sein de cet établissement. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au petit dej en passant par le confort de la chambre. Le petit plus : la navette pour l'aéroport.

Les douches car faible pression de l’eau, et le fait que les Shorts de bain ne soit pas accepté et qu’on ne soit pas prévenu pour la piscine

Attention l hôtel dit avoir une piscine dans l établissement C est faux il faut se déplacer à l extérieur ( quelques minutes à pied ) et la piscine ferme à 18h30!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war 10 minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bieten super Service an. Wenn mal ein Flug ausfällt, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. très confortables et fonctionnelles. Hôtel très bien situé. Navette gratuite et à l’heure avec un service agréable. Proche de l’aéroport et surtout proche du centre aquatique et de la patinoire. Moment agréable passé là-bas.
