As always cheaper wud be ideal but that's just me as a pensioner wud do more if there was a a rate for retired personal thank you

Clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

Next to a football stadium which I imagine would be very noisy if there were a game on. We were fortunate that it didn’t happen while we were there.

The telephone in the room had no lead so when reception tried to call us and let us know our taxi had arrived the phone obviously didn’t ring. There was no teabags in the basket.

The receptionist that checked us in was fab. Very thorough and helpful.

It was clean, quiet and not too busy.

Even after letting them know I am allergic to dairy, they had made no provision. There were NO vegan labels out, no vegan choices. I had to ask for soya milk, take a guess at the bread and cereal being safe and ended up with a very basic breakfast.

The staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them...even the amount of tea bags I wanted. They even asked if I wanted my room cleaned after the first night of a two night stay. It was also very easy to find coming from the south coast so ideal location with good access to the city centre via bus

I didn't realise it was quite so close to the football stadium which would have been a problem if the football had been on whilst I was there
