Location, staff, food and price were all fine. The rooms look like they were updated a while ago.
Cleanliness, bathrooms in general and technical functionality. One of our three rooms had a broken door lock after what looked like the result of forced entry or break in. The door could only be locked from inside but while not being in the room the door was always unlocked.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower

Our flight got in late at night and we could check in and park for free at the hotel which was great when we were tired. The room was basic but good for our one night stay.
The breakfast was nice and good for the price however they took a while to refill some items like the bread and croissants.

It was close to airport
The staff at the breakfast was so nice and helpful.
When we did check in at the evening and smell at the reception was not so good, it was all food and cooking because the reception and the restaurant in the same space, i couldn't wait till i get the keys and go to my room.
I forget to ask for baby cot in my booking and when i asked at the checking i was told that there is no house keeping now and they cant help me and i have twin babies so i had to manage some how, it wasnt easy.

Room was clean. The place is 15 min to the airport by car which we have been chosen this place. There is also gas station just across the road. Therefore if you have a rental car then you could full the depot before you deliver your car. Bathroom is okay. Bed was comfortable. Thanks the helpful staff. Breakfast could be better.

we arrived for one night and we have good start but bad finish..
servise is very nice all is ok..
we left 04:00 from hotel on reception was nobody so I call to check out they told me to put card behind check desk money and card and I did..
after 2 days they send me message I didn't pay for the hotel and drink 🍹 Really???I hope you will have better experience..

it is 47 euro by taxi from the airport. quit far away and expensive. shatel didn’t work and this info underemphasized in the reservation internet site.

the staff were excellent . very friendly and helpful

checked in very late and left quite early in the morning. everything was as described. they called us in advance to arrange the room settings and provided connected rooms which was very nice. rooms were clean and comfortable. I was surprised you could still hear the airplane noise quite loud but that wasn't too bad. Breakfast was good, although the staff were a bit slow. Overall, for one night next to the airport, it was very good.

The hotel is 20 minutes from Malpensa airport and at the very beginning of Oleggio, therefore very easy to reach and easy accessible. Reception open h24 with extremely efficient both check in and check out.
Breakfast was ok with both sweet and salty food.

We didn't stay there!
We haven't stayed at the hotel as we placed the reservation and were suppose to stay 4 people 2+2; When I wanted to verify that we have the extra bad in a delay we've got a yes answer, you can have crib :-) for extra payment...
I asked to get a bigger room to accommodate the 4 of us but they wouldn't support it; so we ended up NOT staying at the hotel and paying the full price;

beautifully located on the main road. i loved the deck area on the front side of the hotel. the sri lankan gentleman at the check in was very polite and welcoming.
the breakfast was meagre, ill managed, with a little bit of strictness on the quantities that you could ask for. some of the items finished too quickly for others to try without any replenishment.
