Right on the beach with magnificent views. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all you needed even a cooler box for the beach.

Obviously the location is excellent but the apt is still private. The apt was well stocked with all the cooking utensils, plates and cutlery you would need. The apt was very clean and comfortable.

Quiet, spacious, well equipped and right on a lovely beach. Staff were very helpful.

The shower was okay but was over the bath. We would have preferred a more modern walk-in shower.

It was a beautiful apartment with a stunning location. Fall down the slope and you’re on the gorgeous beach with cafes, bars and restaurants all so very close by. The apartment had all of the basic stuff ie milk and water just to keep you going p,us salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and washing up essentials.

Honestly? Can’t think of anything.

Really well appointed apartment in a great location. Ours was set back from the beach but we had a wonderful view from the living space balcony. Extremely well equipped for self catering - we were trying to economise for the 4 days we stayed and everything we needed was there - good pans, knives that worked etc. Two excellent super markets nearby. The apartment reception was open when we arrived but they had a good system for handover if you arrive out of hours. Plenty of room. Would recommend to friends.

Bed was very comfortable but would have preferred duvets to blankets - It’s a small thing - it would not stop us from coming here again though.

Studio apartment was fantastic. Perfect beach view, a few steps away from the cafes, king size bed so comfortable, great television, galley kitchen really well equipped & lovely bathrooms. Reception staff were really lovely & helpful & the cleaners efficient & did a great job.

The beachside location was perfect- we had fantastic views from the balcony and were able to be on the beach 1 minute after leaving our apartment. The restaurants were high quality and despite being right next to the apartments, there wasn't any noise at night which was perfect for us. The apartment complex was inviting, with sweets and an open library on offer, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The owners were kind and friendly, and also told us about lots of tourist attractions nearby, including a nearby hotel which we could pay to use their pool and tennis courts.

We loved our stay, but there were 2 small issues we had which we resolved ourselves: 1) before arriving I asked the owners to make reservations at 3 restaurants for us, but when we arrived at the 1st restaurant the reservation hadn't been made. We fixed this by checking the other 2 restaurants and also found that reservations hadn't been made, so we made our own reservations. We also told one of the owners about this to make her aware. 2) My husband found his side of the double bed (twin bed) stiffer and less comfortable than my side. We used some of the extra blankets as extra mattress-softeners.

Very nice location and lovely apartment. We especially liked the hammock and balcony :) We also loved that the hosts had thought to provide the 'little things': dish soap and tea towels, salt, pepper and oil; coffee for the first morning; a sun umbrella etc.

You could not get closer to the beach . Luz is a very quite place after 10pm all the bars and restaurants close in the beach area. It has some good restaurants a very good beach . The accommodation is good, comfortable all you could ask. I was not overly keen on the spiral stairs but other than that spot on..

Excellent view of the Atlantic, beach, location, the sand was soft and lovely! The staff was very attentive and minor problems were resolved within minutes. Security was excellent. Shower and bath always had plenty of hot water. Air-conditioning was great!

View from the apartment was great. Also the location is very central. There are many free parking spots nearby if you go there by car. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment had all necessary equipment.

Facility a bit old therefore some stuff worn out. But this could be negligible after all positive items.

We stayed 7 days at Luz Beach Apartments in July. The little city Praia da Luz is very cosy, touristy but still quite enough to have a chill holiday. The booking process was very easy and the communication with the team was perfect - they are very kind and helpful, they reacted very fast to our questions and organized for us a car rental which was very good and trustworthy. Our room was very clean, although some reviews say it's a bit old style, it is not, it's tasteful decorated and much more than that, the apartment has absolutely everything you need, from coffe to oil for cooking, pans, iron board, sun umbrella, etc. The amazing team of Luz Beach Apartments is very professional and answers any questions dealt with any kind of problem, handling situations incredibly good, even in their free time. We can see that they love their job and do it very well. Their service is just top! We had a fantastic holiday in Algarve and we would definitely recommend and come again to Luz Beach Apartments! Thank you Luz Beach! PS: The apartment Building has even a little Library near Reception, with all kind of books, in different languages!
