The apartment was very clean, comfortable and mindful equipped with everything needed. The kitchen provides a great opportunity to prepare food: it's spacious and well-equipped. The garden is well-maintained, with lots of trees, plants and a lawn. With the pool it's is a great space to hang out. The arrangement of the different apartments allows for a high level of privacy. There is a self check-in and check-out, but a very friendly online contact with the owner.

The bed mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste, but still ok. The outdoor furniture might deserve some maintenance. Also here: not a big issue.

The property was clean and very convenient for a family with children. The space outside the house was safe for children to play in their own. very close to the beach.

nice garden with pool. in January it was too cold to use it as expected. quiet location not far from the beach

we were here in January and felt locked up in this studio because it has no view and little daylight coming in. it took quite long to warm the room with the heater. the bed is way too small.

A beautiful place to spend your vacations in Portugal. Super clean and really good for families. The host is super friendly and attentive and react to request super quickly. Can’t wait to stay here on my next visit to Luz

Casa da Montanha is located some distance from the village center, in a very quiet street, away from the "rush". We walked to Praia Da Luz, it took us approximately 20 min with views over nice villas and gardens. I usually sleep with eardrops: I did not use those at all here. No noise at night except just a little bit from the sprinklers in the garden and this can actually help :) Very green and lush environment (agaves, huge impressive cactuses, pepper trees, scheffleras bougainvilliers, yuccas, etc.), beautiful swimming pool, clean water,

I am not a smartphone geek at all (almost never connected). But the owner does not live on location and he assumes visitors would get his messages on their smartphone/IPad... whatever device. I misunderstood this and did not receive the arrival instructions. I just gave him a call and the case was solved within seconds anyway.

It is a serene place, with great access. Everything you need is available, great wifi too, makes working remotely with ease.

The one thing that was a bit of a - is that the house and bathroom is right next to a garage. Sometimes a bit of gas / car oil smell was coming out the bathroom into the bed room. Now my partner wasn’t smelling it at all, and I know I tend to be more sensitive for smells. The rest was great value!

It is a hidden gem at Luz Beach! It was a superb and pleasurable staying in the studio! Everything was tide up, facilities are even better that one's though and a grill was provided by request. Definitely it is a place to come back every time. Thanks for the warm receiving.
