The location was excellent with river on one side and the beach on other. Walking distance from the famous restaurants of Brittos and St. Anthony, Baga market and driving distance of Calangute, Aguada, Candolim and Panjim.

The Location is excellent. You will not get a better location than this at these rates. Accommodation is very Good & the ambience of the property is very Romantic specially during the evenings. Staff is very courteous & Helpfull. All the major tourist spots are within easy reach. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit

Everything actually this tops the worst stay I had till date.. AC was not working.. bed is hard as rock no blanket fan makes sound and the worst part it’s below a pub full night the music thump coming to bathroom I think it’s built in ancient times everything is leaking.. Pool we can see the bottom of it it’s so bad and not maintained .. and finally mosquitoes eat us for entire night

The breakfast was of good quality. We had asked them about our needed items in the menus with some modifications. our kids breakfast was complimentary.

As the Room is surrounded by lot of trees and fishermans boats, you will feel some disturbance from crows and Rats around. Also some fishy smell around the property.

Yes place is simple yet has its own charm and beauty and definitely full of greenery near the pool, serene. Safe.. I went there with my son alone.. And definitely safe.. Wouldn't mind going to the sake place again although I am someone who like exploring different hotels. Definitely value to money.. And very close to beach.. Could walk barefoot too..
