Good location, comfortable and nice staff.

The heater was not connected and I had to request assistance. The recepcionist sent someone to check it really quick. The location is perfect.

The bed could be more confortable.

no soundproofing so you can hear everything from other flats/outside. noisy bathroom fan. kitchen is not very well-equipped - no cutlery! lot of noise from outside in the morning - there is a school next door

Breakfast should start at 7:30. Quite late for me, because my bus was leaving Frascati at 8:00. One day there was no breakfast at 7:30, but only at 8:00. Too late for me. Reception closes at 8 pm. I informed, that my arrival will be at 8.30 pm only. E-Mail how to enter (key-code required) the hotel when reception is already closed was only send when I was already on my trip, Thus I don't received it. I found no information which is my room and where is the key arriving at the hotel. Contacting somebody of the hotel staff could clarify this, but it took 30 min, The rooms are ok and clean. I don't got the invoice for my stay at check out, but it was send to me in the required form via e-Mail during the day.

Too much noise during the night, bell ringing and talking, also someone drunk tried to open my room door.

The check in process was easy and accessible. The B&B is located in the centre of the town. Breakfast was good.

The room were smaller than the ones pictured in the photos. We lacked few items in the last days of our stay.

Everything was prefect, very clean rooms, quiet and confortable.

I don't really have complaints.

Good location but difficult to find a parking place.

Basic and small room and bathroom, with minor but annoying issues: hardly any space to put the luggage, clothes, towels etc, the bin was full with trash upon our arrival, the coffee makers didnt work. We havent met any staff member, we received only one automated text messege with the entrance code, which was OK, but we have not received any answer to our questions regarding parking.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. It covered basics for a bed and bathroom for the night!

Very over priced for what it was - €150 for a small double for one night! The booking.com description was misleading, it stated a patio and courtyard view of which there was neither. The price on the back of the door stated the room was €80 per night, when we questioned the guy at reception the next morning on why we were paying €150 he said that the sign on the door was out dated- perhaps they should take it down! It appears to be a converted office block- when other guests walked by the room on the corridor it sounded as if they were in the room with us! as said above it’s a bed and bathroom for the night (although shower and sink were a little dirty) we are very unlikely to stay here ever again at this price!

The location is ideal to explore the city. Right in the center and close to the train station. We liked the hotel a lot. The room was spotless, very quite at night, the breakfast was very good. The staff is very helpful. The day before arrival I asked to provide us the iron and ironing board and we found everything in the room. If we ever back to Frascati we would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much!
