El trato del personal, la limpieza del hotel y de la habitación, así como sus servicios (restaurante y club de playa) Gracias por considerar que la estancia sea lo mejor posible (proporcionan toallas, frigobar, plancha, secadora para el cabello).

Ayudaría a normar el uso de espacios comunes como lo es donde está la alberca, ya que en los dos días que pase en el hotel, habían personas que después de medianoche tenían música con alto volumen y hacían bastante ruido.

The rooms are spacious and loved the door that can be used to close the entire bathroom or just the stall. The restaurant was nice too surrounded by trees.

a) rooms are clean, bed are comfortable and excellent b) maintenance team is fast response upon request and solve the problem c) security staff always paying attention to guests d) front desk staff are amazing, polite and fast response

1) manager decided to increase food price during holiday (Easter week) and most of menus offered to guests had old price. some items had an increase up to 60%. wondering to understand how a person with this kind of IQ can manage a hotel with this category and take stupid decisions like this (increase the price of food on the system and maintain the menus with old food price), let’s say it was a not honest decision (to use nice worlds to describe this kind of action). of course then claim it was a “mistake” 2) another annoying issue was the speaker installed in the pool area, with high volume up to 22:00 every day, which in my understanding is not up to Marriott standard (it is not a “balneario” of a cheap hotel to have this kind of stuff (again my comment about the general manager capability to manage this hotel) in short: top managers are not prepared at all to manage this kind of hotel… maybe a 2 star hotel
