Everything. Our room was excellent, & the adjoining restaurant accommodated our late arrival.

Lovely place to stay. Spacious and well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and it was quit at night. Personnel very nice though does only speak Italian which was no problem to us. We had a very nice dinner upon arrival in the evening and enjoyed our breakfast in the spacious breakfast room with balcony upstairs.

Excellent food and service

Excellent Italian-style breakfast. Friendly staff, speaking English and French. The rooms are clean and all of them have air conditioning. The living room where the breakfast is served feels like home. It has a library and armchairs that invite for coffee, work and meditation. The restaurant is fantastic, with local specific food reinterpreted in the most effective way by the chef. It is among the best restaurants in Cagliari. The location is a social economy enterprise, therefore it uses the money for a good cause.

The quiet neighborhood, but also walking distance from the main streets, beautiful room (the sun) with a balcony, bed was comfortable. But the best part was the people there. The breakfast lady Nini was fabulous and hostess Anna also. I got a sunburn and they brought me really good cream for that. They were helpful and kind, what more can you ask! I will definitely come back!

The area, where the Locanda is located is very calm, friendly and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, fruits, nuts, coffees. Staff is super friendly.

Excellent staff - they were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was in a lovely setting with very friendly staff eager to help. The first room I was in had a small bed (with wheels!), but I asked for an upgrade and the next couldn't have been better. I would say this is a lovely place to stay in.

Good location, beautiful building, nice people

Good location, very friendly personnel.

We were guests three times in the hotel and the experience was always a good one, but at our last stay we got unfortunately the „red room“ in the first floor. The bed was old, uncomfortable and made loud noises at the slightest movement. Through the bathroom came an unpleasant smell into the room. The house is really nice, but the rooms need a renovation.

great restaurant downstairs, highly recommended. Tasty yogurt and homemade orange paste for breakfast but not too many sitting places.

no shower gel in the shower cabin. Hand soap on the sink half mixed with water. Only one socket in the room that actually worked.

Size and quality of accommodation. Very clean.

Our suite was located next to breakfast area and it was very noisy from 7-10 am, from when staff started preparing for service till when breakfast was over. I suspect due to this being an old building these isn’t any noise insulation. We realised it on first morning and all used ear plugs for the remaining days. WiFi, though not essential as we were there to explore the city, was poor in the room while the signal was strong in the communal area.
