This is a great little hotel. It is quite a normal business hotel BUT the staff make it a different experience. I arrived at 20.50 and the guy took me through got me a beer, gave me a menu and made sure I got something to eat before the kitchen closed at 21.00. Then another couple came in in at 21.05 and he did the same thing. Committed to their guests.
Lots of things could be better, but they are minor and the main thing was that the staff made you feel like 'guests'

I reserved with climatisation and received the room without. Windows facing parking and street. We were bothered for the payment in the evening and in the morning and confused with other guests.

It is absolutelly nonsence!!!
I was before hotel at 21.42 and hotel was closed!!! Everywhere was dark! Nobody there!!! Reception empty!!! I called on hotel's phone numbers and nobody picked up phones! Nobody called me back! I wrote sms on hotel's phone numbers and nobody answer me!! And I paid the hotel yesterday afternoon!!!
I was driving all day, I was so tired and the hotel was closed!!! Doesn't exist!!!
I had to go home to Prague, i arrived at 03.00 in night absolutelly tired and death!
NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE HOTEL!!!

Comfortable, neat room in a hotel that is situated near motor way. Wery good for a stop in a long trip. Good breakfast.
There was some problem with the key or actually with the key box outside the hotel door. I was supposed to stay in a room with a certain number given in a an email, but the card that awaited me in a key box had a different room number. I`ve got totally confused in the night when I came, and there was noone to ask for help. I just went to the room I had got the card to, but still was a little unease. In the morning I was told the was some problem with the key box. That`s understandable situation, but I would expect an information via email to prepare me for this.

We received standard double rooms, although we booked and paid for superior. The rooms weren't preheated before arrival, so it was really cold for all evening and no hot water in the shower!

Rooms are big and clean. There were a lot of good breakfast options.
We were asked 4 times in 3 days to pay for the already prepaid room because they didn’t seem to understand the booking.com system. Moreover, most of the staff members were quite rude the way they accused us of not wanting to pay.

The hotel looks nice from the outside; good location close to the highway, calm surroundings.
The customer service is unacceptable - I have never faced anything like that over the years I've been travelling. There was no contact from the staff when I did not arrive by the time they closed the reception (21:30 - sic!), due to traffic I was late by 20 mins... Even if there is a key locker, no info was provided, nothing.
When I contacted the hotel for a refund, there was no contact. I just received an invoice. Awful customer service.

A lovely hotel with attached restaurant just a few miles off the motorway. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the food was excellent.
The pillows were very small and without much filing.

This is 3rd time this year I've stayed at this hotel. Great location, quality rooms nice and quiet and fantastic breakfast. Great value for money and good parking. Internet works well. Ideal stop off when visiting Hungary or if you want to visit Vienna.
My only comment would be based on what I saw at another hotel where TV channels were listed on a card. Lots of channels and a card with Channels listed would be really useful- Great TV options but a card with channels identified would have been really useful. This is not a criticism of this hotel but something that they could look at providing?
