我們訂的是4人間，但入住時只是預備了兩人的被鋪。要打電話給客服，再安排我們到另一座樓宇，拿取另外兩份被鋪，再要自行鋪設！
還有在洗衣機內有未清洗的床單及襪！

Top Lage! Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet! Alle wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
Es gab leider nur ein Trinkglas, fand ich aber nicht so schlimm, es gab dafür viele Tassen… sonst die Herdplatte war nicht gut sauber….

Ample apartment, clean and in a good location. Nice view, fully equipped kitchen. Pleasant view also.
Entering the apartment was a nightmare. I was supposed to receive the code to enter the apartment via SMS and email. I waited until 16.15 and nothing had happened - I had to call to a Finnish number and charge my phone. The receptionist could not find the booking with the booking reference. I finally received a code in booking messenger at 16.26 after I had sent a couple of messages. The clue was that I was waiting in the rain and with a serious business e-meeting at 16.10 that I finally had to cancel. Pretty frustrating.

The room was nice and quite well equiped. It had a toaster, oven, and the usual pots and pans. We were quite happy to find out that the bathroom had in floor heating. We were also extremely happy that we could store our luggage before and after our stay. The check in and check out went smooth as well, the descriptions were quite detailed.
There was nothing we could really complain about.

Great location, walking distance into city centre. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, good kitchen appliances for a long stay.
The room was cleaned but it was not really clean, lots of stains on furniture and linens.
There is no room service and guests are responsible for their room cleaning. But there was no mop and no vacuum cleaner available.
Also the room really needs renovation.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. It also had a washing machine.
I got an email from the organisation saying we had to wipe the surfaces and clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner before leaving. Considering the price, I found it weird.
They were supposed to have a room in the building to leave luggage. Never found it.

Outstanding service. It was nothing super amazing in terms of the design but absolutely great value. I have loved the the equipment - fast internet, iron, towels, washing machine etc. Moreover, there were washing machine pills and washing powder, very useful and unique to me not need to buy whole big pack for one wash. Location was also cool, a quiet street close to the tram stop, few steps more to metro or whole Hakaniemi junction. You may also walk around easily to the Market Square. Great contact with the support.
Well, this is for building construction not the service - the windows were old and did not open wide (old school two elements). Also this tiny bedroom part has quite broken 220v socket.

The location of the apartment is good
The building is quite run down and there is a fair bit of noise from other apartments. Our apartment was not clean and was very poorly equipped. It didn’t hold a table or a place to eat. The kitchen didn’t have much to work with either.

Everythjing perfect, only to receive the key to enter not. If you have no smartphone, no conection in a foreign country you are lost...... Beside this we had some question and never get an answer. But overall, we would come again

Room wasn't cleaned when I checked in, customer service didn't get cleaner on site until over an hour later.

Great location, easy access with a code instead of the keys.
The bed was a little uncomfortable. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear some noise from other guests in the building.

Everything was perfect and looked like a proper apartament. Kitchen was fully equipped, enjoyable stay.
In the morning it was a bit louder due to other residents and skinny walls.

Nice place to stay with plenty of space, comfortable and functional furniture and in a good area. The customer service is helpful and friendly and very quick in their response time.
No staff / reception in the apartment complex where questions can be asked quickly, lots of self-cleaning required before checking out and no hair dryer in the apartment nie possibility to borrow one.

I liked that there was a decent kitchen with a microwave, a tv, washing machine (even though we didnt actually use it but we planned to at first). Localization was decent, not super great but workable and it was the most important part for us.
Very tight if we had 4 people, the couch was old, dusty inside and barely working, toilet is extremely small, whole flat smelled very bad when we entered due to cleaning chemicals, the room had no AC and poor ventilation so it was way too warm inside during the summer, at night it wasn't easy to cover the windows from the sun (it was still pretty bright at midnight)
