Amazing beach, right on the ocean, beautiful sunrises. A bit out of town so the use of bikes was great!

Loved this house so much; the beach feels private and offers great swimming, and the birds in the yard could be watched all day. The cleaning team is very thorough. Our family was very happy here and would return!

I stayed in the 2 bedroom/3 bathroom villa on the lagoon side. The house was meticulously clean and beautifully designed and decorated - modern yet unique and comfortable. The kitchen had all appliances including a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge with an icemaker and filtered water. The pool was gorgeous and the "backyard" was spacious with a large, green space with coconut trees and nice seating area. The terrace on the second floor was a major bonus - very private and wonderful lagoon views, especially for watching the sunset. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds with mounted televisions and en suite bathrooms (gorgeous rainfall showers!). Nice sound system to connect by bluetooth or aux cord. This house would be perfect and spacious for two couples or a family. The walk to the beach across the street is easy and it is very private and quiet. Staff kept the beach nice and clean and swimming there was fantastic and peaceful. Short walk to Hobbs Brewery and restaurant, 5 minutes down the street. A golf cart definitely came in handy getting to the village (about 10-15 minutes drive) and to other restaurants/resorts/supermarket nearby.

Though the house is surrounded by tall landscaped bushes, the property is immediately beside a newly built marina outpost. Wasn't as private as I had expected from the pictures and I kept the curtains closed on that side of the house for the most part, especially at night. However, it was still very quiet and not busy. There is no front desk as you'd find in most hotels/resorts (I did not realize until I arrived that it is a private home managed by Wild Orchid) but the manager Ramona was accessible via Whatsapp and communication was not a problem. The groundskeeper staff is also around if you need any assistance.

Beautiful & private beach

Great location on the beach and outside of the village. We used the available bicycles to pedal into the village to buy some provisions for our short stay, and to explore the village as well.

They just dropped us off and no one was there to tell where anything was at for food and to get around we found a guy on road and walked 3 blocks and found restaurant when we got back we were locked out of villa that gave us wrong keys again we had to find someone to break into our villa since not one answered when we called it was Sunday closed no back up number to call place Wes nice experience not good

The well kept grounds, kinda tucked away property - but it had basically a private beach feel. You had your own beach with sand and trees from the beach to the property (about 40 yards or 120 feet). Had kayaks, paddleboards and hammocks along with picnic tables and covered seated swing - all right on the beach.

The room looked a bit basic and dated. Threw me back a bit, but the almost private beach area made up for it :-) tv didn't work properly. about 6-8 minute drive to Placencia town.

The room and cleanliness and view were nice. The room came with a full kitchen. Also there is good access to the beach as the property is on the beach.

No Pool access with our room. No breakfast included or food at the location. You have to find your own food or cook. Although room came with full kitchen, there was no microwave.

The beach and grounds are just beautiful! The staff maintained the grounds perfectly. It’s so quiet here, especially at night. We really enjoyed the townie bikes, easy ride to town and basket for our groceries. Great customer service from all the staff we encountered.

Location! the people! Property manager (Ramona) and the House keeping staff are fantastic, the groundskeepers- especially! the grounds are very beautiful and peaceful. Everybody is so nice.

Not much I could say here, the layout of the unit we were staying was a little weird...kinda “tight” in places, but we really only used to shower and sleep. Do rent a golf cart to be able to go south to the village or north to Seine Bight. Also, we were in unit 1 downstairs and the house keeping crew on a couple of days got there at 6 am and I think they were using the unit above us as a work space. If you are a light sleeper then this is “no bueno”.
