Das kürzlich renovierte 3 Schlafzimmer & 3 Badezimmer Villa befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von Harbour Town, The Shops at Sea Pines Center und nur 1 Meile bis zum spektakulären Sea Pines Beach Club.
Wenn Sie diese Villa betreten, werden Sie sofort das Gefühl, dass Sie im Urlaub sind. Dieses helle und luftige End-Gerät ist warm und einladend und bietet viel Lebensraum für eine große Familie oder zwei Familien zu teilen. Der Wohnbereich im ersten Stock verfügt über komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 und ein Loft im zweiten Stock, die ein wunderbares Refugium für Kinder bietet die ihren eigenen Raum wollen.
Das neu renovierte Küche mit Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte öffnet sich zum Esszimmer und Familienzimmer. Die Stühle an der Bar bieten eine große Frühstück genießen oder den Koch Firma während die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zu halten. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für sechs Personen bequem und öffnet mit einer Terrasse Tisch und Stühle für Ihren Genuss zu einem schönen Deck.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Das erste verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett, einen Zugang zum umgestalteten Badezimmer im ersten Stock und einen eigenen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zum zweiten Vollbad im ersten Stock aus dem Schlafzimmer. Es hat auch einen eigenen Balkon. Die zweite Etage beherbergt das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem umgebauten en-suite Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Auch auf der zweiten Etage ist ein Loft, das mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa zusätzlicher Schlafplatz bietet, und einen Fernseher und DVD-Player.
Binnenhafen ist eine kleine Enklave von 35 Villen mit eigenem Pool und Tennisplätze; Annehmlichkeiten, die sehr begehrt von Familien Urlaub auf Hilton Head sind. Ein Aufenthalt im 2452 Inland Harbor. Sie werden sehen, warum diese Villa jedes Jahr so viele Gäste hat.
Mit Wirkung vom 23. März 2019 - 2. September 2019 hat das Sea Pines Resort angekündigt, dass keine Leihgäste mehr im Beach Club oder Plantage Club Überlaufgelände parken dürfen. Stattdessen haben sie ein Trolly-System eingerichtet, das zwischen 9:00 und 17:00 Uhr direkt von einem bestimmten Grundstück zum Strand und zurück führt. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Sea Pines area, and the condo was a perfect location for us. Plenty of family activities: riding rental bikes through many scenic paths, beach, pool, pickleball, etc. The condo is clean, spacious and very nice.

We had a wonderful getaway at Sea Pines. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items, coffee makers, beach towels and more. Location was great and the everything was perfectly clean.

We enjoyed our stay. We were conveniently located to Harbor Town and all the places we wanted to go. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. We appreciated having the three full baths. It was a great week with the family!

We had a wonderful time at Calm Villas! We really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the bike path to go to Harbour Town, the shops and the beach. The only thing I would say is that the trolleys aren’t super convenient for the beach and the sea lines beach club wouldn’t let us drop off people because they were so busy. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, but just a consideration. The condo had everything we needed and more!

We’ve been to HHI many times but this was our first stay in Calm Sea Villas. We will definitely try to stay here again! The condo is so nice! The kitchen is well stocked everything you need to cook. They even had coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods for the Keurig which made everyone happy! Nice touch.
The a/c unit started to not work but as soon as we notified them they sent someone out and it was repaired.
We absolutely love the location of this villa in Sea Pines! You can easily ride your bike to anywhere you want to go.
We are a family with 5 kids and this spot was perfect for us. The pool is close by and very nice as well!
We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

What a great stay at this property located in Sea Pines. The location was in the perfect spot. Biking paths right outside your door, easy walk to Harbour Town, really great location to be in. House was well decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. More than enough space for our family of 4, could have easily fit more but we all loved our space. Grounds on the property were well maintained. We didn’t use the pool at all but we didn’t notice it was cleaned every single morning. Great location and great property, highly recommend!

Fantastic location and great size for a villa! Fit our family of 2 adults and 4 boys perfectly. Very well stocked kitchen and nice to have beach towels and toys to use. Loft area for extra sofa and desk nice bonus. Could use refresh of mattresses and pillows- we found very uncomfortable, but fine. Location is excellent, walk around corner to pool, walk across street to shops/coffee/food, and easy bike to tennis, harbourtown, and beach. Could also bike to Golf but need to drive since clubs (only downfall is it’s not a golf cart community). Tons of grocery and restaurant options as well right outside gate.

First time we have visited Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. Property location and appearance were all very good. Only criticism is it was listed as having two King Beds and it only has one. The second was a queen. Minor item but should update that piece to be accurate. Highly recommend the property and the location was close to everything we were interested in. !

We stayed at Calm Villa Sea Pines for 9 nights. The location cannot be beat. It is convenient to so much and the walkability to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is fantastic! The villa is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for meals in as well. My husband worked several days remotely and found the loft area to be a perfect work spot. We’d highly recommend this property!

We just returned from our trip — this was our first time renting a condo instead of a house. We loved the location within sea pines. Trolley access across the street made it easy to get to beach. We also really enjoyed the pool which was rarely crowded and great for the kids. The condo was very clean and provided a very comfortable environment for family time!

We’ve been coming to Hilton head for years and this was my favorite place we stayed. The condo was updated, clean and very spacious. It was equipped with everything you could need. My 5 year old loved all the games and the loft. My mother loved all the kitchen supplies and the beach towels were an added bonus.
It was nice to be able to bike to sea pines village, Harbour town, Lawton stables and the beach. The only issue we ran into was getting our infant and grandma to the beach. No trolleys were running and some days Sea Pines has a problem with us dropping them off and picking them up.

A beautiful setting for our anniversary week getaway - a beautifully appointed condo, tucked right into the sea pines. Every comfort we needed (and a few we wish we had at our own home!) to really enjoy the time away.
We had to bring some work with us, but when it was time to relax and enjoy the area, there were so many things to enjoy - a beautiful neighborhood, access to great shops, cafes (try C'est Bon, right across the street!), bike and walking trails, and wonderful restaurants, on and off the water. Easy beach access and nearby forest preserve and Audobon trails were terrific ways to see the beauty of the lowcountry environment.
Thanks to our wonderful hosts. We're already looking forward to a return trip.

We really enjoyed our stay!
Inside: The Villa was updated, and very clean! The furniture, tv's, appliances all seemed like new. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young kiddos. It was all great to us.
Location: It was very peaceful, didn't really even see many other residents in the immediate area. Was low traffic enough for our kids to ride bikes in the parking lot. We enjoyed riding bikes everywhere. Shopping/eating across the street. Sea pines beach (less than a mile)? Harbor town (less than a mile)?
On-Site Pool and Tennis: We played tennis, and the kids swam in the pool (no other guests around during either).
We will be back!

Very nicely updated. Excellent accomodations. My family of five spent a week here and absolutely loved it. Great location. Quiet yet not far from dining choices. This is a gem and if I had to go back I would easily choose this again.

Great spot to enjoy all that HHI and Sea Pines has to offer. Accommodations were very good. Master suite was ideal and other bedrooms were good. Kitchen was well stocked. Big living room for the whole family of 6 to hang out. Made great use of pickle ball, tennis and pool as well.

Perfect pace and perfect space
Spent a lovely week on Hilton Head at Sea Pines Villa. Loved morning walks for coffee, biking to the beach, watching the alligators 'sun' on the golf course, checking out the nature preserves and great restaurants, and sitting on the deck taking in the sounds of nature. Our villa was spacious, well maintained (kitchen, linens, books, games) and the beach vibe was evident throughout.

If I could give this property more than a 5 rating I would. The property was just as described on the website. Awesome location, convenient to many shops, eating and entertainment. Sea Pines and Harbour Town were beyond any accolade in my vocabulary. The weather was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the bike/walking path. The locals were extremely friendly. The food was outstanding. If I ever go back to HHI, I will definitely look for this property again. I hated to leave.
