Location is both a positive and negative point at the same time. Positive because it's inside Holland Park, so besides being beautiful, the contact with nature is constant. Negative because I checked in during the early hours of the morning and walking on Holland Walk alone at 2 am is not pleasant at all. Just a tip for you if you're using public transportation late at night to get to the hostel. The garden is very beautiful, and the breakfast (costs around 8 pounds if I'm not mistaken) is also very good.

The location, for the reasons I mentioned above. The mattress is an air mattress, so it makes a lot of noise at night. When I arrived in the room, there were no lockers available to store my backpack, so the next day I had to buy a padlock at the reception (4 pounds) to use an iron box under the beds to store my things. The bathroom was very dirty when I arrived, but the next morning it was very clean, I believe the staff had just cleaned it. The food vending machine wasn't working for card payments. The entry card we use to access the room cannot touch the phone because it "demagnetizes" and doesn't open the room door.

Non mi è piaciuto lo staff perché non mi hanno cambiato di stanza ( in questa stanza c’era gente puzzava di capra morta ) quindi ho dovuto dormire in questa stanza puzzolente .

Location is good, but its almost impossible to find the hostel even if you have Google location of hostel, because there is No proper address of the hostel. Holland Park is a huge residential area, in which this big old house is located and transformed into a hostel by owners.

Almost no facilities, very small and dirty showers, only one small toilet for 30 beds. No kitchen at all, bad smell of dirty clothing/laundry of people in all over the place, no ventilation, no lock for lockers and you have to buy a lock from reception for your locker in room. Extra charges to put your luggage in luggage room. Expensive breakfast, rude and lazy female staff, hard to climb on second floor with heavy luggage. Although huge common room, but you can not socialize with other guests due to so many people around.

I leave my bags in the lauge room un one guy directed by other person I think stole 2 bags from me when i was payed already to suppose to be safe but that’s not all i saw hi in the cctv te staff show me in the night i call the police the police didn’t come they said will investigate and in the next day because I didn’t receive any call by the police or the hostel i come there with the objetive to know whats going on in there ao the manager so rude start to said he order this guy do that and order to out in the rubbish i pay just one day ago to be SAFE… then they said maybe is something here and give me a bag of rubbish literally with part of my stuff of course not the expensive things was inside a lot of rubbish mixed with the stuff of another person they put back to the rubbish all of her i saw the name is a teacher was a new stuff in there so i still not receiving any news i make a video with my phone from the cctv i got all the proof i wNt to know where is my bags please

* Being locked out in the rain * The Staffs non shalont attitude * The lack of privacy (lounge) area to chill out in when the reception was literally in the lounge area * Having to produce a passport or drivers license did not help build trust between me as a customer and them providing a service. * There was no catering facilities, no bar, just vending machines. * Did not meet my expectations. * Poor lack of sign posts * There were no lockers * Too many beds in one room

Not much to like.

Dirty, no one seems to clean. 1 working toilet between 20 people. Hard to find if you check in at night. Wouldn't recommend it.

Location is good....in the middle of Holland Park.

I requested a locker key and when I arrived they had all gone. The member of staff kindly searched high and low for one and managed to eventually find one but whilst I was stood there noticed other people arriving and being told the same thing. Thankfully....I eventually had one but they didn't. The bathroom was filthy. It obviously isn't cleaned daily as there was grime around the sinks and the a shower filter was in one of the sinks. The floor wasn't mopped either and hairs all over the floor. In the cafe downstairs there are mice running around under the tables where you eat! Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. There isn't a manager on site so the staff who looked like students don't have a clue how to sort out anything like the mice problem. Environmental health need to be contacted.

I love the accommodation and situation to the park it's a lovely setting and staff are always helpful! The property is always kept clean and tidy!

I didn't like that you can hear every sound when people walking above or going up and down the stairs and slamming doors early hours of the night! Who ever it was kept letting the doors close very heavily every 5mins could this be made clear to close doors slowly or have soft close doors please!

Short walk to the tube station , Quiet surroundings, reasonably priced hostel for the location

The place and installations are perfect, very nice zone a bit hard to get there but then you just get use it. Nice park around and clean. Easy to get the subway, safe and relaxing area.

The staff, they should take a customer service course. In special the green hair girl, very rude and impolite, the guy with dreadlocks not even able to response a Hi. I’m not saying that always keep smiling, but you are working with people, let’s make the stay comfy and pleasant. Order a lasagna and had to wait almost 1hr, they just forgot.
