La ubicación esta muy bien, tiene una plaza comercial a un lado. El desayuno es muy rico, el huevo si es huevo 😅. El personal es MUY AMABLE. Y a diferencia de otros comentarios que he visto, mi habitación tenía agua caliente, secadora y plancha. El agua caliente no era hirviendo, pero si estaba caliente.

Las instalaciones si están muy descuidadas, paredes de los cuartos sucias, muebles viejos. La habitación si es muy amplia, nada que ver con el Sleep Inn de Tijuana, pero si le falla el mantenimiento y la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Buena ubicación, costo accesible, personal amable, limpio y cómodo.

Levantar el bufet a la hora que es ya que uno va a descansar y baja 15 mn antes de las 10 sólo tomar algo y ya lo están levantando cuando el horario dice que es a las 10 me toco un huésped molesto porque le iba a. Negar el servicio y el dijo que aún faltaba para las 10. De lo demás ok.

Very dirty old rooms. Bath room seems not be cleaned each time, there was even some poop on the toilet!!! The hotel in general is very old and needs to be renovated. Definitely the worst accommodation we have stayed in during our 3 weeks trip through Mexico!

Breakfast was delicious and well served. The room was neat and nice. I asked for an interview Xtra plastic chair to take a shower and it came fast.

It was noisy at night. I couldn't really sleep. The TV ia extremely small and the air conditioning didn't cool the room.

Very close to bus station and supermarkets. Good choice only for one night stay for people travelling to another places, eg. San Cristobal de la Casas.

Good cheap place for staying one or two nights, with breakfast included. The hotel is located few minutes on foot from the ADO station, which is a plus. The wi-fi works pretty well.

Breakfast was coldand ,some cockroaches in the room . Also please check for a 🐀 in the bar.

Location of the hotel is bad. Just next to big roads and a mall. To go out you need a taxi

The shower had no hot water tried late at night and in the morning nada the front desk told me to run it for 10 minutes I ran it for 20 nothing also the the rooms walls where covered in stains with drywall patched that were not finished the owner of this hotel needs to spend a buck and fix the hot water and pay for a paint job.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room could use some maintenance. Light bulbs were going on and off they need to be replaced and the room could use some paint
