The resort was so peaceful and relaxing. The thermal pools were amazing. The staff were all very friendly and gave us plenty of great tips to explore the area.

1) the toilet brush was really unbearable… please change new ones regularly 2) the Wi-Fi was terrible in the room (we had to work from the room) 3) lots of mosquitoes, hotel could’ve prepared something for their guests

Great view from the room, plenty of swimming pools to relax and unwind, decent breakfast and kind staff.

I wish I received more information about transport options from the port to the hotel and also to go around before travelling to the island.

This charming family hotel has several nooks that permit you to relax, take in the super views and swim or soak in one of several pools. Breakfast is leisurely and ample.

Many stairs and a steep drive up from the main town, obliging one to take a shuttle bus (though the hotel staff were quite obliging). No food available from 13h to early evening. If one wishes to eat at the hotel, it must be planned well in advance.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and the pools were nice.

It was very noisey, especially in the morning and evening. The walls are very thin and the doors make alot of noise when opened and closed. The furniture in the room also needs an upgrade.

The hotel is nicely situated, very clean and has lots of swimming pool to relax. The view from the terraces is great! Staff was welcoming and helpful for everything (buses, ordering scooters, serving cocktails right at our seat at the pool,..)! Breakfast was very good, lots of choices! The room was clean and the terrace was a plus. Rooms are a bit old but perfect enough for what we paid for. Would go back!

Bed was very hard tho.

Service was just excellent. Management is wonderful, lovely people who have vast experience in customer support, absolutely 5 star hotel Service. Gardens and pools were truly beautiful and clean.

As much as I Loved their service, I didn't quite like the kind of old style (80s) of the whole hotel. I paid extra for a sea view room with balcony but the room was small wirh old furnitures, a tiny TV, no fridge, security box that required money to be used and a shared terrace. I thought it was a private balcony and I did not like the idea to share a large terrace with strangers. The location is good if you have a car, their free bus needed to be booked or at least you need to check the time and ask information. They don't have WiFi per room but, instead, per hotel (not good...you need a bit more safety) and there is no leaflet beside those dedicated to the spa. I haven't been to their spa because I was not very keen on checking it, there is no sign in the hotel, and they don't sell it very well. Their breakfast was lovely but their dinner was not so good and overpriced. I think I paid way too much for what the hotel offered, they need an update on rooms decors, WiFi, communication with guests, spa sales, menu (still Germany tourists focused... we're in 2021, there's loads of 30 years old italian snd foreigners willing to pay good money and enjoy the vacation if you upgrade your facilities). I recommend renting a car or scooter, the nearest beaches are crowded and small, not the hotel's fault of course! It's lovely overall but pricey for what they offer which is, in my opinion, an "over 50 years old" hotel for Italians or Germans. Your staff was just wonderful but help and encourage them to learn and spark English,they were hard workers young men and women who should push themselves to learn new languages ;)

We had a fabulous stay with our eight month old daughter. The location is great with regular shuttle buses into the towns. We enjoyed good food and beautiful views and swimming pools. What really makes this hotel is the staff. Everyone that worked in the property from the owner and his children, to the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff couldn’t have done enough for us to make sure we had a perfect stay. We’d highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the island.

Ciao. I cannot say enough about this place. It was my first time on Ischia and I surely chose the right place for the right price and facilities. First, mind who ever comedy to the property take the ferry to Casamicciola.... from the port is about 5 min by taxi. The actual place is wonderful ... beautiful view... cleanest rooms... great beds... a lot of space.... amazing personnel through the hotel: from cooks, housekeepers, restaurant and bar and amazing spa personnel... it will be hard to call by names as the whole staff including owners of the place make sure that you enjoy your stay there. Very relaxing, great food, great transportation and tranquil invitonment. I highly recommend Villa Flavio and Pergola Resort and Spa for the stay. I surely would like to visit it again. Grazie mille tutti!!!
