Petit Hôtel neuf et propre
Situation centrale très près des restaurants, des transports et des points d’interêt.
Literie très confortable. Tres grande douche et salle d’eau.
Rooftop avec petit jacuzzi .
Personnel serviable et très sympathique.
Très loin de la première plage, route très bruyante pour marcher tout le long de la jetée
Vue très rapprochée de l’immeuble vétuste en face. Chambre très sombre malgré de nombreux éclairages bien pensés.
Aucun salon commun en dehors du rooftop.
Pas de vue sur la mer.
Restaurant du petit déjeuner exigu et inconfortable.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right in the middle of the old town, in amongst lots of restaurants and on the doorstep of the shops. The hotel staff were absolutely charming and helpful. It was really good value for money compared to lots of similar hotels in the area.

The location is excellent, close to the central part of Palma with restaurants and bars all within east walking distance. The taxi drop off is outside the front door so very convenient.
The breakfast was good with a reasonable choice.
The staff were very friendly and professional and rooms were cleaned extremely well every day

We stayed in room 20, the Sky room, which is the best room I have ever stayed in. A very large room, with the most comfortable bed. But the best part is the amazing private roof top terrace with sunbeds, comfy sitting area and not to forget the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. You won't be able to get a better location anywhere else in Palma in between the cathedral and the marina.
A very minor point but there were not English speaking channels on the TV.

unsure of the link between the restaurant and the hotel with regards to facilities such as tea/ coffee/ drinks have to rely on mini bar if required and no communal area apart from sun deck

breakfast. very centrally located within walking
distance of everything you’d want in Mallorca town.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us
throughout our stay, giving recommendations on where
to visit or eat, and switching our room where there
was an issue with the electricity. the facilities are
perfect for a short break - bedrooms are very clean
and comfortable with excellent coffee and bathroom
products! the breakfast was delicious too. highly recommend

The location is perfect for seeing old town and being right in the centre of the city. There is a brilliant buzz around the hotel, great night life, resturants and clubs. It's a quick walk to the marina and to the Palace. The streets outside are busy but the hotel is well insulated and you could not hear much outside. The Balconies are lovely and the roof terrace gives a great view of the city. The air-conditioning is fantastic and not drying or obtrusive.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and really lovely. There were complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture. Bags were taken to the room and we were able to check in early in order to have a full day in Palma.
Although it was a brilliant stay it was expensive. If you don't want a hefty bill stay away from the mini bar. We couldn't work the coffee machine.

Fantastic location with everything on the doorstep. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was fantastic
Breakfast the first day was very good, the waiter who was on his own kept asking if he could get us anything else. However the second day we found it hard to even get a coffee having to go to the bar to ask, very limited continental offerings so quite a bit of money added to the room for a croissant and bit of ham & cheese.
