The rooms and setting were fantastic Staff went out their way to make the stay memorable

The living rooms and the pool were amazing. It is really a smal villa just for 3 bedrooms. I could enjoy it for my own and had a very relaxing day. Breakfast was fine and was served as I asked.

The room was not as big as I expected, not the feeling I had in the pictures. The hotel doesnt have easy basic services as taxi transfer, I asked many times and finally had to arrange with independent drivers.

Service was really good. Supun and pushpa really took care of us.

The place is too far from kandy, it takes almost 45 minutes to reach kandy. There is nothing near by this place. If you don't have a vehicle, access to this place is very difficult.

Excellent location and a beautifully designed Villa- staff were very friendly and did try their best to make our stay comfortable.

The food options can be a lot better as there aren’t any other place to dine close to the property. Even food served from the menu had missing ingredients as they were either not available or not in season( should be highlighted before ordering). Considering the premium one is paying attention to detail is required in every aspect. Morning coffee isn’t up to mark. Towels are all stained and do not appear fresh. The poolside bathrooms were never functioning, the pool deck and surrounding areas were cleaned much later in the day after our usage. The cushions were never placed on the lounge chairs. Pool lights were never turned on.
