A great little spot. A quiet neighborhood whixh was great for my morning runs. Very clean and quiet. The only issue was the other unit cooked food after 11 pm and the smell entered our unit qhoch was a bit offputting. Overall i woukd atay there again though. It was very clean and a nice spot

Loved our stay with Patrick. Great little apartment! Super clean! Near the lake. Loved feeding the deer that roam the neighborhood freely day and night. There are stairs to reach apartment (warn your knees) and thermostat is not controlled by renter but there are extra blankets in closet.

We mainly slept here as we spent much of the time hiking. Great, large space. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easily accessible up the stairs. Parking directions confused me (just park parallel to the edge of the pad). Plenty of room for a 3 point turn to exit the driveway as it was a little curvy. I will say you can definitely hear the main house laundry, especially if the renter is slow to remove the load. The lake is a small walk but accessible. Owner gave very clear and precise details which I very much appreciated.

The place was described perfectly. Deer love the stream that runs along side of the property. The short walk to the lake is flat compared to most house around would be a steep decline and return incline. 10min to store and 20 min to marina.

Peaceful area next to the water. Close to Nashville if you are wanting to take in some of the country heritage. Definetly recommend!

This is a great little spot to enjoy the greater Nashville area! Very responsive property manager and the unit is really super cool and cozy! If you need a firm mattress definitely bring a mattress pad though the mattress is kind of soft. The unit is very affordable too for the location!

Was very nice and good stay. Only disappointing thing was the jets in the bathtub did not work.

Close enough to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. We were in town for a wedding; this suited our needs perfectly.

What a WONDERFUL property and location! This spot was absolutely perfect for what we came down here for and it’s only 30 minutes from the heart of Nashville. We wanted to enjoy and explore the outdoor activities surrounding Nashville, as well as experience the music and energy of the city. This location helped us do both. We spent time paddle boarding on the lake and exploring local parks, campgrounds, biking trails and marinas. It was a short trip to downtown Nashville to visit museums, people watch and listen to live music at a honky-tonk. We also visited Andrew Jackson's Hermitage and spent an evening with the locals in Gallatin listening to live music and watching the fireflies while sipping local beer. We loved our much needed vacation and our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. We highly recommend!

Good location with a private deck that looks over the great backyard and the lake. I had a very relaxing stay.

Our daughter and her family live in the area. Their family grew by one recently which forced us out of their guest bedroom where we usually stay when we visited. We wanted to stay somewhere that wasn’t a hotel and this property seemed to fit all of our wants and needs. Communication with the owner prior to our visit was perfect. When we arrived we found the location of the property perfect as well. The rental included a large area which serves as the bedroom, living room, and kitchenette and a large bathroom with jetted tub and shower. It was perfect for a couple and a quiet respite after a day of visiting our grandkids. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and understanding of our situation and needs. We will most likely be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Place was spotless and has a great view of the nearby water on the balcony. Only recommendation would be to clear stairs of snow/ice since those were a bit slippery during our stay.
