Good location, very clean with good security. Jorge is really professional and arrange everything to be easy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well kept apartment, looks exactly like the photos. Bed was comfy and shower was amazing! Also the views from each room and the balcony were really nice.

The gym was a little basic and the treadmill did not work but still okay, also the apartment does not have heating so it was a little chilly at times but thankfully there was an extra blanket so we had no issues.

My partner and I have been travelling for quite a while, and this apartment was simply the best value of anywhere that we stayed through any website. Fantastic host, extremely clean building and room, and good location. Can't recommend this highly enough.

If you want an apartment, as opposed to a hotel, this is one of the best I've stayed in - self check in at the front desk of the building, the kitchen was very well stocked, with every appliance you could want, the bathroom was excellent, and the bed so comfortable. The highlight was the incredible view over the city and Pichincha mountain. There was a cafe on the ground floor, and a vending machine. Highly recommend.

Having a heater would have been good - I think I could have asked, but didn't, so my own fault I guess.

Everything was better than expected. The accommodation was pleasant, the view was great, and the kitchen utensils were perfectly equipped. I would like to use it again next time.

Easy check in proces, in the buiding is a guard who provides the key. There are vending machines in the lobby too for water/snacks. Unit at 10th floor, exactly like the photos. Well equipped kitchen, bedroom with lots of closet space. 1 and a half bathroom and balcony is great. Safe area.

There is some streetnoise, especially in the evening as you are above some main road. It can get chilly but Jorge brought me a heater on request. No black out curtains. That would certainly help, also against streetnoise.

after being in hostels for 6 weeks in Colombia this was a dream. Bed was comfy, there is a coffee machine and washing machine. lovely space and a good size for two people. owner was very helpful and friendly. gym downstairs in the building - very very basic but was good to go on the bike and practise at altitude before going on our hikes in Ecuador.

I liked everything about this stay! During my five years of travels, I have booked many hotels and hostels - this is the best experience so far! This apartment with balcony, has great views over Quito and the surrounding mountains. It is a clean modern space with large glass windows and a well equipped kitchen (including a washing machine) The furniture and bed is very comfortable. Jorge, the host is extremely helpful with pre-checkin details and queries. It felt very much like a home away from home.

It was a little bit noisy

The place was really large, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was really nice, prompt communication, and accommodating too. Would definitely go back to this place.

Minor, but I wish it had at least one full length mirror. It can get a chilly too.
