We had a great time at the Villa Magna. The interior of the unit is just as described. We had one other couple so we used the two larger bedrooms. The third bedroom in our opinion would be better suited for children or single adults but of course would work for another couple. Wonderful balcony overlooking the Pools and grounds. We come to the area every year and the heated pool is by far the best we have every had. Enjoyed the snack bar for drinks and their limited food selection. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at the Villa Magna again.

This is our second time renting this condo because it's perfect for our family of 4. The condo is clean and is pretty spacious. Check-in with Ivan is so easy- he's very communicative and also a sweet guy. Kitchen is well-stocked so easy to do meals when you don't want to go out. The location is great inside Villa Magna resort. The pool is large and very easy access to the beach- which is gorgeous. There is a snack bar available to non all-inclusive guests that has good food and drinks at great prices. There is a grocery store not too far away that has everything you need. There's also a Walmart a quick cab ride away. There are a number of restaurants you can walk to and more that you can take a cab to. Again- this is our second time renting this condo. We go with a group of friends and their families and we all rent in Villa Magna. We are already planning our 2024 trip and will rent this condo again.

Villa Magna is a great place for family vacation. The resort always has something for the kids to do. The beach is great for boogie boarding and lots of good restaurants near by. The condo we stayed in was clean, had new appliances and lots of dishware which is a plus when traveling with family. The owners checked in with us, which I thought was a nice touch. Check in was super easy and Victor even helped with our luggage.. I recommend this place with two thumbs up!

This is a very nice condo, we really enjoyed our stay! The pool was lovely and they have a nice little snack bar, also a good location. The condo is clean, and well equipped. My only feedback out be to give some love to the 3rd bedroom. A side table next to the bed, a small shelf in the bathroom and a luggage stand would really help make the room more comfortable. There was no where to put toiletries in the bathroom, so I was juggling my make up bags from the back of the toilet to the sink to the toilet seat. Also, the controller for the AC in the smallest bedroom didn't work, which was a bit inconvenient.

We stayed here for Spring Break 2019 with our two boys ages 13 and 9, and it was a great experience. The condo looks exactly like it does in the pics- and it was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect- steps to pool and beach and great view of ocean and sunset from the spacious balcony. The condo is very well-equipped- you really don't need to bring anything. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The check-in and check-out process was so easy- Ivan was great! We had absolutely no problems or issues. There is a grocery store about a mile away and a Walmart that's a cab ride away. We got breakfast food, snacks and beer to keep in the condo. We went out to dinner every night- there are great restaurants that are a short cab ride away. The guys at the security gate were very helpful in finding us cabs. You can do day passes for the all-inclusive, but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a snack bar right next to one of the pools that is not part of the all-inclusive. We got snacks, lunches and drinks there almost every day- very inexpensive! There's also a little breakfast/lunch place just down the beach. It was nice to explore and not be stuck eating at a handful of restaurants in the all-inclusive. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and I would say this one is at the top of my list!

The property had exactly what we were looking for, plenty of pools for swimming and relaxing. Also close to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and close to excursions and also a wide variety of restaurants. Taxis and Uber were easily accessible so transportation was not a problem. The condo. was well equipped, we were able to enjoy several meals we prepared ourselves. The deck overlooking the pool area and ocean was wonderful especially the sunsets. We would definitely return to Nuevo Vallarta and to this property. Also within close proximity to the airport.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo Jan 2019. Grounds are beautifully kept. Pools and hot tub were very enjoyable. Condo has everything you could need in kitchen. Bathrooms spacious. Balcony view is beautiful. Photos in listing accurately reflect the beauty and condition of condo. Very smooth check in process. Owner called shortly after check in to make sure we had everything needed. Location is central to most anywhere you would want to go. Definitely would recommend!!!

The apartment was just as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and it had everything to make our stay comfortable. Esther was the most helpful in every issue. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Villamagna hotel is lovely for family getaway. Lots of pools and the beach is clean.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Esther and Al's condo for ten nights in March 2018. We loved the location of the condo. Steps to the beach and pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with very good quality appliances. There’s not much for you to bring as this place is fully stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, pool and beach toys, cleaning supplies, etc. The washer and dryer as well as room air conditioners worked like a charm and the deck was lovely for morning coffee and evening drinks! There’s also a grill if you’re in the mood to BBQ. The view of the ocean was great and the ever-present breeze was fabulous. We had some breathtaking sunsets! We made good use of the beach towels and boogie boards. The beach was perfect for long walks. Esther was lovely to deal with and responded very quickly to all my questions and emails. Sherri, the property manager on-site was very helpful and answered all our questions about the unit. I would very much recommend staying in their unit. Melodie & Eric Carr

We stayed at Al and Esthers condo for three weeks in Jan. The condo has the best view of the ocean, is spacious and nicely decorated. The managers live on-site which was a plus. Stores are close and excellent restaurants are short cab ride away.Sharing beach and pool with Dreams guests was great. The staff are amazing .You can buy Day Passes for drinks and food from hotel if you wish. Tons of activities for kids .Miles of beach to walk and the weather was perfect. We had a minor issue that the owners rectified and we would highly recommend this condo to others .One of our better holidays . Thanks !!!

The condo was very well kept, we all enjoyed our stay there, the facilities that are included make the whole stay really fantastic. One of the three bedrooms is a lot smaller than the others but has an ensuite washroom so it made up for the smaller size. Our property manger was fantastic, she made sure we were taken care of. The A/C was not working when we arrived but they made sure that got fixed.

Al and Esther property is beautiful with the view of the pools and the ocean. We could see some of the entertainment next door at Dreams which was a bonus. Also amazing thunder and lightning storms at night. (We were there during the rainy season). Big bonus for us was the 3 bedroom and 3 baths with a family of 5 it was a huge bonus. The gentleman that man the gates to Villa Magna were always so helpful with advice and obtaining a taxi. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also the whole process was so easy. Sharon E.

Very nice apartment... Great place and the most beautiful sunsets!!!

Esther's condo gets high marks in every respect. It is well equipped and comfortable for two to six people. The location is beautiful and a convenient, reasonable cab ride to restaurants and markets. After 10:00 PM, all you can hear is the surf. The Dreams hotel next door has good food and entertainment, especially if you buy a one-day all-inclusive privilege for about $85 (dollars, not pesos). All of the hotel amenities are available to condo renters. I would highly recommend it

Esther and Al have the best condo in Villa Magna, as a Canadian family with a picky eight year old and an adventurous seventeen year old the 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was ideal. Everyone had their own personal space and bathroom. The Internet was a huge bonus for my kids on their take a break day and throw in the availability of several English channels, made for a happy Super Bowl husband. We had the benefit of grabbing good groceries at the Sunset Market for our breakfast and the convenience of the snack bar at the pool made for familiar yet inexpensive lunch options for our teenager. We ate at some great restaurants close by, La Ruda for fabulous steak, pizza and gnocchi in 4 cheese sauce and always complimentary desserts that were incredible and Dolce Vita for Italian food literally on the same block and a 30$ peso cab ride. We did buy a pass for a day at the inclusive, better to talk to Sherry and Pete,the managers, for a better deal rather than subject yourself to a sales pitch at the all inclusive, however; rather than 27$ US per person for a breakfast, a few hours of the pitch garnered a big breakfast, the teenager indulging in Sushi while my husband and I indulged at Portofino. Our youngest was quite content to stay with friends and eat her yogurt and PB and J sandwhich. Worked well for us. The condo had a dishwasher and washer/dryer that was extremely handy for a quick breakfast clean up and then fresh towels as needed by our water happy clan. Many condos did not have all these amenities or not in working order-well managed and maintained supercedes flashy art and dangly chandeliers for us, and this suite is tastefully done in earth tones and local pieces with excellent managers. I loved the ease of arriving and settling in immediately and the privacy of the area, although a few sanctioned sellers on the beach, you are not inundated like other areas of Mexico. You want to definitely save seating early for the beach and pool. The people are friendly, many are long term and great resources on restaurants, groceries and things to do. The security was very good and our best ally on transportation. Whales and turtles were everywhere! Admiring 4 pools and the ocean every night from the balcony was amazing and while you could always catch the entertainment going on it was peaceful and quiet by 11:00. I highly recommend the condo, we will be back. Also get out to La Cruz-gorgeous Sunday market, Las Caletas and Estigo ATV tours. We already miss it!

We had a magnificent time. The condo had a beautiful view. It is right on the beach. The check-in and check-out was simple. It felt very private. Clean grounds and pools. There was nothing that the condo lacked. A beautiful place and the owners responded quickly and were easy to communicate with. We would return in a heartbeat!

We attended a family wedding at the Dreams Hotel. Rather than doing another All-Inclusive we decided to rent Esther's condo. It was fabulous. So much space compared to a hotel room. Loved coffee and breakfast on the large deck with the beautiful view of the ocean and grounds. So convenient to take our food and drinks to the beach or go back to the room for what we needed. If ever we return to this area we will surely consider this condo again. Thank you for providing this for vacationers.

I rented Esther's condo with my daughter and 4 of her friends for their senior spring break trip. The condo was exceptional, the pool and beach amenities were wonderful, and we had the best time! We would definitely recommend renting this condo. It is well located, and within a few minutes walk from many wonderful places to eat. Excellent! Thanks, Esther!

We rented Esther's condo for a family vacation with our two adult children and their spouses. This was the only unit we could find that had three bedrooms with full size beds for everyone. We had stayed at Villa Magna with friends in the past so were well aware of what an awesome property it was and the view from Esther's condo was better then we had experienced in the past. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun set on the horizon was the perfect end to each day. The pools are large and being so close to the ocean offer lots of different swimming opportunities. Nothing was ever busy or crowded and for the most part the noise level was negligible. Kudos to the managers, Pete and Sherrie for the local information provided to us and the knowledge that they were there if any help needed with the unit. Also to the cleaning staff as the cleanliness of the condo was amazing and we were able to feel right at home. The beach is great for a long walk, you can catch a cab right at the entrance gate or you can walk a block to catch a bus that will take you into P.V. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

OMG. WHAT AN AMAZING VACATION. I RENTED ESTER'S CONDO - BEAUTIFUL AND SO CLEAN..FULL SERVICE KITCHEN, AND ALL 3 BATHS ARE IMMACULATE - TOWELS, BEDDING, ETC PROVIDED. FANTASTIC VIEWS OF POOL AREAS AND BEACH. MY FRIENDS JOINED ME FOR THE 2 WEEK STAY AND WE ALL HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. THE DREAMS HOTEL IS NEXT TO THE CONDO'S PROVIDING ENTERTAINMENT AND EXCELLANT RESTURANTS.. ESTER CALLED DURING OUR STAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FOR US, THERE IS ALSO A ON SITE MANAGER IF YOU NEED ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR YOUR STAY. RESTURANTS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, AND ALSO CAB SERVICE IS AWAYS AVAILABLE. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CONDO'S I HAVE STAYED IN AND VERY REASONABLE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS.. WILL DEFINETELY COME AGAIN.

My family and I have just stayed in Esther's condo. We had a wonderful stay there. Everything was perfect: the location, next to nice resorts and a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful and you can find lots of attractions like jet ski, parachutes, bananas etc. The condo is very nice, it provides a full equipped kitchen, nice and comfortable bedrooms and a great social area with a nice view to the beach, there we enjoyed the amazing sunsets. And the best thing is that it is very clean!!! We will definetely come back again and soon. Esther was in contact with me just to see that everything went all right.

This place was awesome!!! Very big and lots of room.. the owner was nice and helpful she told me about places to visit and a little market to go shopping at.. the view from the room is breath taking!!! I was not disappointed at all so worth it and I will stay again...

We chose Esther's condo as we have two teenage kids and they desire privacy, so we needed a place bigger than a hotel, and more than two bedrooms. After looking at numerous condos at Villa Magna we found a match with Esther. (Sorry other traveler, it was us that came in right after you.) The pictures on the web site did not do the condo justice. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The smaller bedroom offered its own bath which was a great trade off for the larger bedroom with the more "community" bathroom. The balcony included a wonderful view of the ocean. We loved our stay and thought it was better than we expected. Pete and Sherry are great! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a great stay at Esther's condo March 16-23. This was our second stay at Esther's condo. Ester is always so quick to respond back on VRBO, and also to check in and make sure everything was in order at the condo. We would have stayed longer but somebody else had already booked before us. Esther's unit boasts a beautiful ocean view as you are just above the treetops. The property manager's Peter and Sherry were very helpful and made themselves available for any questions. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed at Esther's Condo last week. I have to say it was one of the nicest places we have rented on VRBO. The Condo was beautiful and had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing!! and the Pools and beach were incredible. Esther is wonderful to deal with and Pilar met us at the condo when we arrived, toured us around the resort and the condo and then gave us her cel number in case we needed anything. She was such a nice lady!!!! While we were there my Mother got really sick, we went down to the hotel lobby to ask about where to go to take her to the hospital and the hotel had a doctor on call right there in the lobby. She came right up to our room, administered the meds she needed, then she drove to the pharmacy and got the rest of the meds she needed and brought them back to our room (I think the entire thing cost us under $200 USD) It was amazing care, have to say the Mexican health care is wonderful!!!! We rented a car in the hotel lobby from AVIS and they were also great to deal with and the cost was less than we had looked at on Travelocity. I would highly recommend staying at this condo!! We will definitely be back!!

This was a very nice condo and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and well supplied with every thing necessary for the week. We took advantage of the ability to purchase several days of all inclusive from the hotel and the restaurants were great. The only negative was that the condo was advertised as having purified water throughout, but when we arrived we were told by the property manager that we needed to buy water and ice. This necessitated our having to go out and buy water several times during our stay. Other than that I would definitely rent this condo again.

THE DEPARTMENT IS VERY BIG AND VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, WE WERE IN THE TIME THAT LASTED OUR STAY, THE AREA OF THE BEAUTIFUL POOL AND THE BEACH WAS ALL VERY WELL, WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN SOON. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HOSPITALITY.
