The staff were exceptionally accommodating, warm and friendly.

The first room was dark and narrow. After the first night I was kindly moved to another room.

Lovely apartments close to the train station. Very helpful staff and provided cot and highchair for our baby. Good facilities in the apartment including washing machine.

The bedroom was separated by a sliding door which meant it was not very soundproof.

Location was perfect, staff very attentive and room was comfortable. We had a great time. Breakfast was provided in the form of many little plastic packages, as there was no real breakfast facility on site. I wonder whether a more ecologically sound solution can be found? May a voucher for a nearby bakery?

The accommodation is perfect, if you like sleek, modern well thought out rooms then these are for you. Also liked the lockers and toilet for use on your last day, very close to the main train station and underground line.

A description of what can go in the recycle bin and what cannot would have been helpful.

I travelled with a friend and it’s important for me to have my own space when not out and about exploring the city I’m visiting. the apartment was just that, we had our own rooms and separate bathrooms. The open plant living room and kitchen was great because it kept it a nice clean space for a little down time between day time and evening activities around Hamburg. Eric who checked us in was wonderful, he went out of his way to recommend hotspots for the Hamburg experience and showed us to our room and explained how to use certain facilities within it. I will definitely be recommending these apartments as the location was perfect!

No comfortable chair to sit in when sofa is needed as a bed. Would have liked more seating options in the living room for a traveling family
