Very beautiful territory of hotel,rooms and pool)

I want to tell about personal, many people but not understand what they need to do, bar on pool not work, must reserve good place neer pool even you live in hotel ((

The hotel is beautiful, nicely restored- the rooms were lovely. Nice pool and restaurant. We ate in the restaurant in the evening twice and the food was fantastic - local with a great waiter who took time to give you information. Special shout out to the horse riding lead - this was a great addition and the children loved it.

From the moment we arrived the staff were pretty miserable - when we checked in and paid (not a small amount of money) they never been made eye contact or said thank you. No one offered to help with our bags. We had to find someone to take our drinks order at the pool and breakfast service was terrible. We did find a waitress eventually but she literally ran away from us. We did complain and the second day was better - but for this kind of hotel it really wasn’t acceptable. There is also no Spa - not sure why it is called one. The pool is beginning to look a little tired. They also tried to charge us our bill twice on check out. It was just a bit of a miserable hotel - definitely not the luxury destination that it sells itself as - this was our most expensive but least impressive hospitality in our whole trip in Albania. Such a shame as in the vineyard with the surroundings it could be a real gem.

the hotel could be nice. it was big, there was pool and a restaurant. nothing worked well.

we arrived on a Sunday and the pool was filled with people and lots of children running around and shouting. in the end I found out they were not guests of the hotel. Zero calmness to relax. the restaurant service was not good, the breakfast was ridiculously bad. Staff was not polite at all, there were lots of young people working there, laughing and making fun in Albanian. the hotel was also not that clean. And it was very expensive, not a 4 star hotel, a 2 or 3 hotel with 5-star prices.

The resort was beautiful and clean and with car not too far from Durrës. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures and the pool area was great.

The breakfast was not as good as expected. A simple omelette was served with a few slices of cucumber and tomatoes, 2 slices of ham and a stick of cheese. No drinks were offered for the breakfast.

Beautiful looking resort, in the middle of the wine yards. Huge property to enjoy a walk around and meet with some animals. You can enjoy dinner at a table with no one around since there is so many different areas to sit in the vast garden. The pool is great, again with a variety of sunbathing areas. The room was beautiful, luminous and with great views of the property. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful with what they could.

For a supposed 5-star resort you would expect more attention to detail. Few times we were denied simple services such as having a cocktail or orange juice, because the "right person" wasn't there. We weren't offered any drinks during breakfast and had to pay for water when asked, but came to learn only afterwards that coffee and hot tea were included. Hopefully these small things will iron out in the future.

Outstanding place! Luxurious. Klevin was very friendly, helpful and nice person! Definitely best among all staff. He told me a lot about this place, vineyard, albanian cuisine. Thank You!

The staff was so kind and very helpful. Specially the lady Somila & gent Kravis to mention a few. Went out of their way to meet our expectations. The manager Mandi who gave us a detailed explanation on the wine tour and wine tasting. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Albania.

Complimentary water was missing, a kettle in the room would've been great to have.....

I really enjoyed the pool area, perfect place to relax with a book while sunbathing or taking a dip. The staff was really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The receptionist Erinda Shehu was particularly kind.

The hotel is quite far from the city centre, so if you don't have a car you need to wait and pay for a taxi since there is no public transport.

Friendly staff, service with care for the guest, nice area of the swimming pool and garden. Iris from the reception was responsive to every request. We felt like in a family.

The whole place is very beautiful and we really enjoyed the food. We stayed at the place the whole time so didnt go into town. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed hanging out around the hotel

The place is clean but it could have a better clean based on the stars of the place.

The hotel facilities are beautiful and it has the potential to be a great hotel. in particular the pool is very big and nice. Breakfast was good (not buffet)

We did not have a particularly nice stay in this hotel and I think it is mainly due to the staff, in particular the receptionist. We were told that we couldn’t check in when we arrived at 12:30 even if check in was at 12. They explained that it was because the previous guest did a late check out but it was “no problem” we waited at the pool and after 45min the room wasn’t ready. Luckily the hotel manager intervened, he seemed to be the only staff member who actually knows how to handle guests. We were given the room (not the one we actually booked - but OK). The room was Ok but needs some upkeep and a proper deep clean. The worst item of the whole stay was the monkeys, we went to see them and one of them was very hurt on the leg and there was a lot of blood in the cage. We told the receptionist about this and from what we could we from our room was the mantaince staff was just using a hose to water the cage and the monkeys who clearly did not like it (he had a big open wound). They seemed to stop on when we called to complain. In theory a veterinary would come but from what we understood they could be put under if they are not fit to come back. Animals like monkeys should not live like that, it was truly heartbreaking to see.

The size of the room was very good (deluxe double room) The bed is big and VERY comfortable The pool area is nice except for the constant and loud reggaeton music which cannot be escaped The place is surrounded by vineyards and they offer you a tour for free It’s very nice for kids as they have a big playground to play The girl at the reception, probably the manager, is very nice and puts effort

Room: The room was not very clean, Specially the bathroom had a lot of hair and yellow stains on the toilet. The toilet seat was broken. There was no hair dryer nor iron on the room The wardrobe had a lot of hangers but nothing to hang them on as the clothes rail was missing Breakfast You only have one option which includes some chocolate cornflakes, a little piece of cake and an omelette. Coffee is not included and needs to be paid extra!!! Service The waiters are friendly but are not trained at all Be aware of allergies as they don’t know what is included in the food. Expect long waiting times to get what you ordered Food Don’t expect too much. However, there is a nice traditional restaurant just next door which offers good food (Taverna Sofra Përmetare) and the service is excellent SPA Doesn’t exist

Exception hotel, everything is perfect, pool, restaurant, rooms, parking... They even have a small zoo with monkeys. Everything in hotel restaurants is very cheap and absolutely delicious. The stuff is very nice and helpful, especially the girl at reception.

Everything was fabulous, Erinda was very attentive and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer

The only downside was the music around the pool area was a bit loud.

Beautiful and serene resort with fantastic pool area. We stayed 2 nights during the week and enjoyed the quiet place. Beds are comfortable and Food is good.

Could be cleaner, especially in the room and bathroom but also restaurant area.

The whole resort is quiet and peaceful. A very welcome change to normal in Albania where is it normal to play deafening music all day long. Vinea is a family froendly, peaceful retreat from the histle and bustle of towns and busy beacheside resorts.

It was a lovely place, exactly what we wanted, far enough from a town centre so we could relax and switch off. Obviously, it depends on what your preference is. We always go for small and quiet places as we find them more friendly and perfect for children who can run around and enjoy a bit of freedom. Vinea Resort also serves good food and wine so what else you can ask for? Vinea Resort was fulfilling our expectations.
