Great view, good communication, small problem with the BBQ gas bottle hose and they came around asap and fixed it. it was howling a gale whilst we were there and sooo glad we picked this house over camping like our Neighbours (who had to give up and go home early.) It is a developing estate (maybe 90% vacant blocks) so there are no neighbours, no traffic, no noise (other than the wind).

Dont get me wrong, the place is lovely. But if I have to be super picky for sake of review: 1) The front room with the great view doesnt have curtains. Traffic is minimal so not worried about the walking around in my jocks at breakfast, but the main point is on very hot days in the arvo sitting at the kitchen table does get maybe 1-2 degrees above ideal temp. There is an Air Con in each bedroom but only one medium size one in the main area. The main A/C will keep the place cool if the fan is at 100% but then it is a bit too noisy. If you have to spend time (on a laptop or simply for lunch) at the dining table, you are going to want to have the air con set to 18, the louvres set at a high position to throw the air across the room and leave it running at all times if 100% fan noise annoys you like it does me. Perhaps some sort of curtains/blinds would help block the heat transfer through the large windows (without having to put the A/C on 100% fan which is too noisy and spoils the serenity) 2) The TV's werent set up. They did mention that they have been waiting for someone to come and I appreciate tradies are hard to tie down atm, especially around Xmas. Rear room, it doesnt have a Free-to-air aerial. I connected it to the wifi but then had to try and sync the TV to my accounts etc etc. I just want to be able to put ABCforKids app (or free TV) in that room. Main room: Has an aerial so free TV is good. Got it attached to Wifi but you will have to link your own accounts etc. Whatever I dont actually watch TV but my family does and just saying it wasnt "plug and play" on arrival. 3) The spikey lamps in the main bedroom look great but take up too much space on the dresser table. 4) If you could have a couple more concrete square slabs in the blue-metal gravel so you can walk from the hose around the back to the wooden steps after hosing yourself off after the beach would be great. Just being super picky as mentioned.

The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures! It’s beautifully presented and perfectly located. Furnishings were perfect and allowed for total relaxation. The wraparound deck and BBQ a perfect setting for outdoor meals on a hot night. Just out of town and overlooking Red Bluff, a beautiful and popular destination. This accommodation is perfect for a family or couple this was great value for money.

Loved the set up, location and decor. Communication before our arrival was good. During the storm we needed to move the picture hanging inside :-)

The shower screen doesn't close well and floods, we ran out of toilet paper and the slats from one of the beds fell out when just sitting on the edge of the bed. As advised the locks were a bit dodgy to open and one of the screen door handles was broken.
