Excellent breakfast facilities and choice, a highlight.

The booking in process was a miserable experience. I arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight, upon getting to the lodge, all was dark. I had to phone the attached number who told me i had to go to the reception of a different part of the resort. I found this and was then told i was at the 'wrong' reception. I was then given very vague directions to the correct reception. These directions didn't help and i found the correct reception in spite of the directions. The doors where locked so i had to resort to knocking on the window to alert the concierge. He then gave me my key (card) and off i went again. The key (card) subsequently didn't work, so i had to go back to the reception (door locked again, knocked on the window again). The concierge then accompanied me to the door, the card didn't work and neither did the concierges 'master key'. Eventually we got in via a side door and i went to my room were i listened to my next door neighbour snoring loudly.

Location, the breakfast place, surroundings, tennis place, easy parking, clean. The vicinity to Victoria and Palace hotel is nice, also to the railway station.

The bed is uncomfortable because of the high wood frame (hurting when sitting) (even though the mattress was good). We stayed as a family of three, and we got hurt all three. The dinner place was closed for dinner as well as for breakfast (weird for a hotel). We had to go for a good breakfast at the Victoria Hotel. The entry through the restaurant is closed, the main entry is called the night entry, and the batch card does not work there, so you must discover the only backdoor entry, which is nothing special. The corridors look not like a hotel but like a dormitory. Confusing room indications. The tennis place is not clean. Entry to the Victoria swimming pool is impossible, and the Palace pool and spa is overpriced (35 chf entry!) even though it's the same complex. It's a pity. Parking is not free but not indicated as paid either. It isn't apparent. One has to check in at Victoria Hotel because, for some reason, they have no evening reception after 6 pm. They did not clear our room at all. Apparently, they do it once a week. People are friendly, but few speak French. I don't mind speaking English, but when I say Bonjour, at least they can answer Bonjour and continue in English. Students serving in Victoria Hotel were not professional.

Great location. Nice views. We chose to take the breakfast option. So glad we did it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Staff very helpful. Definitely stay there again.

No extractor/ventilation fans in hot shower room and in the separate toilet. No tea making facilities in room.

Pricy for the size/ basic decoration of the room

Breakfast, especially the big chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat) in a very relaxed space with big windows and views of the garden, comfortable bed, great view from my room window which I requested, and excellent hospitality, thoughtfulness and friendly nature of both Reyna and Sebastien!

Small things such as no kettle in the room but Reyna went out of her way to find me an electric kettle!

Fabulous interior & friendly staff who are super well trained & place is a gem.. Great location and good transport connections...

Breakfast spread was awesome. Staff at the hotel we amazing and very helpful.

I would suggest adding better ventilation or a strong fan in the shared bathrooms. It was a bit unbearable at times if you know what I mean, lol.

No electric kettle in the rooms to make tea. Ski wardrobe is very far away from the hotel entrance.

The location is good near the city center, also the lobby/restaurant is comfortable and cozy with a nixe breakfast

Bad linen. miserable, worst quality ever seen. Trash under maitress....towels very bad. No hair dryer.
