We absolutely loved our time at Claudia’s beach house! There were so many great features, not the least of which was the amazing rooftop deck and hot tub (of course!), but what we loved most was how well appointed the house was. We brought no beach supplies whatsoever and never wanted for anything the whole week — it was all there.
So many thoughtful touches and comforts of home. The location is great too, just steps from the beach and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
PS. Claudia is the best!! She checked on us repeatedly to be sure everything was going well. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that level of communication with a host before, and it was so appreciated.

This is our third year at the condo and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was beautiful and very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is a huge plus with three kiddos under 7. The extra amenities that are provided are a great help - beach wagon, toys, etc. I would highly encourage this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dewey!

My family and friends had a wonderful vacation! The roof deck was awesome. The home is just as described and pictured. The location was perfect, a minute walk to the beach and a three minute walk to the Jolly Trolley and shops. Claudia is an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had.

We’ve stayed here the same week in July for several years now and it has been consistently wonderful! We always enjoy the rooftop view and hot tub. The living area is cozy. Love the large dining table and the lovely kitchen equipped with everything we need. Thank you!

This is our third year staying in this great condo. There are 9 of us-3 kiddos-and
It holds us nicely. If one needs to escape the kiddos for a bit there is a wraparound deck on the 2nd level and the crowning jewel of a rooftop deck complete with a high top,table,small bar and plenty of lounge chairs. Did I mention the hot tub? It is a favorite of our three grand kids and when we can get them out of it we can relax and let the day melt away. Claudia is a perfect hostess in that she has everything in the house that one would need. Sheets,towels,beach toys…all of it! Best of all she is incredibly communicative and keeps us updated on check in time and any other information that is needed. I can see us returning many times.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The walk to the beach was super easy. There were lots of chairs, an awesome wagon, and beach toys that made it super convenient for the stay. Claudia provides beach towels and the hot tub was so fun! Highly recommend this place!

A linen service is provided so guests do not have to launder the used linens at the end of the stay. The dining room table is ample and great not only for meals but for playing games. The rooftop with the hot tub is wonderful with a view of the ocean. We appreciated the ice maker in the bar section, and the variety of glassware/plasticware as well. The house is very organized, and comfortable. Also, if you have little kids, there are a lot of beach toys provided for use. Thank you for helping to make our beach week great!

Absolutely perfect!
Everything about our experience was amazing. From booking to checking out Claudia was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful and perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Claudia has put so much thought into making sure the house has everything you could possibly need. We could not have imagined a better experience!

First of all Claudia is an excellent host! I have never had a host as responsive as her. She ensures you know what the house has versus what you need to bring. She sends you a beach guide that has all of the information you need to know about not only the house, but Dewey Beach as well. The house is loaded with so much stuff your packing for a beach trip can be minimized. The upper deck is a huge hit with a bar, tables, lounge chairs and a hot tub with ocean views! It is a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat!

Decked out is right!
Had a great stay at All Decked Out. Traveling and staying with three kids 5 & under is a packing nightmare & we are so glad Claudia had a ton of amenities at the property, so we only needed the basics. The place was nice and tidy and super close to the beach, so if we needed to make multiple trips, it was an easy walk. The neighbors were nice and friendly and we enjoyed how close all the eateries were. Claudia was so accommodating and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recitals look forward to future vacations here with our family.

Great unit that has everything you could ever need. Towels, sheets, beach toys, boogie boards, fully stocked kitchen, and even sunscreen!! Couldn’t be easier. Location is top notch. Rooftop deck is awesome!!

This house is wonderful. The owners really cater to their guests and have a fully stocked house waiting for you. It is in a great location on a nice quiet road...a few steps from the beach and close to wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Just pack a bathing suit, park your car for the week and relax. The house is perfect for families. The owners make it easier on you by providing all of the bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here the past two years and are already looking forward to next year.

All 10 of us loved this property! Highlights were definitely the very short walk to a beautiful beach with lifeguards, as well as easy access to coffee, restaurants and mini golf in town, and spacious parking for 2 big SUVs. When I say short walk to the beach, I mean short enough to easily run back from the beach if you needed something, or if a kid needed to run to the bathroom. We even let the 10 and up kids run back by themselves. Short, safe walk! We left the bigger kids home alone to run into down in the mornings for coffee and bagels, donuts, etc. Again, super safe and quick walk. The stunning ocean views from the top deck and a big hot tub did not disappoint. Perfect place for happy hours or to enjoy takeout. We loved being able to walk to Dewey and drive to both Bethany and Rohobeth to enjoy their boardwalks (Rohobeth was actually very walkable from this location as well - we did it every morning for exercise - not with kids though unless they’re all stroller age). As a mom with 6 kids in tow (ages 18 months to 13 years), it is also worth noting that this house was VERY well stocked. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, hand soaps and lotions, extra laundry detergent, coolers, beach chairs and toys, boogies boards… this house had it all. We did not have to bring a single thing besides clothing and personal items, which was **amazing**. It also put this house above the rest we’ve ever stayed in because we usually have to bring so much for the week. We didn’t have to strip the beds and wash sheets the morning we left either - a mom’s vacation dream. The house was super clean when we arrived and Claudia was an excellent communicator before and during our stay. It’s obvious how much she cares for her home and the people there to enjoy it. Don’t hesitate to book this home! We can’t wait to come back :)

All Decked Out
Our family was searching for a beach house that was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. All Decked Out fit the bill and was the most well equipped beach house ever! Claudia was so helpful with everything from check in to a sweet welcome basket, making sure we had no questions or problems during the stay and reviewing our check out procedures. Our family looks forward to making All Decked Out an annual destination.

All Decked Out Review
Our stay at Claudia's home was wonderful! The proximity to the beach was our favorite part of the entire stay. The outdoor shower made it very easy to transition from beach to home, and especially helpful with our one year old! The bedrooms are comfortable and the patio spaces both on the first floor and the roof were nice to have. Having three showers was also a plus. Claudia herself was easy to communicate with and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. If we ever had a question she was quick to respond. The hot tub was so fun to have at night! Make sure to check the chlorine level when you arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Claudia's and would definitely return!

SPECTACULAR ACCOMMODATIONS!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the place had absolutely everything we needed +++ a lot of extras. The owner, Claudia, consistently kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy and that we knew where things were. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We loved our time there!

Wonderful
After 2 other trip cancellations due to COVID we found this gem literally last minute! What a blessing! Great house, super clean, quiet,lovely top deck , short walk to many places and short drive to tons of other places, and communication with the owner was nothing less than spectacular! If we go to Dewey Beach again this is definately where we will stay!

Great property, great location, lots of extras!
We loved our stay at Claudia's place in Dewey! For two families with young kids, it was so nice to rent a place that had all the "extras" included. Nice soft sheets, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen (and just about every type of cocktail glass you could ever need ;)). The best bonus was the rooftop. We loved the full size hot tub and seating for all.
The location can't be beat. The property was only a few houses off the beach but also close to all the restaurants in Dewey. The street itself is quiet but if you want to walk to bars/restaurants/shops they are minutes away. Also a short bike or run to the Rehoboth boardwalk through beautiful Rehoboth by the sea. We've already booked our stay for next year!!

Home away from home ... but better!
Claudia has the cleanest, most welcoming and well-apportioned house. Everything you need and all that you forgot! Every amenity you can think of, from dishes to personal products. Huge TVs everywhere, movies galore. Great location. Comfy beds, wonderful open, gathering space and the top deck was spectacular. A must to return to! You will not be disappointed with this choice!

Moms weekend away!
From the first time I had reach out to Claudia she was so efficient, friendly and so helpful. Myself and 8 of my girlfriends want a weekend away. We found this house and like the pictures. Once we got there the house was clean, beautiful and a prime location! Claudia was always available via text/phone with any questions I had! I’d love to stay here again, and I definitely recommend to anyone! Such a great first time experience!

Wonderful escape from the nitty gritty. 8/16-8/23/19
Claudia and Rich have created a haven for relaxation. They have everything a family needs to have a fabulous vacation. The home is 1/2 block from the beach but we spent most of the time on the awesome roof deck. The waves were a bit rough, so we hung out at the house which has many places to hang out on the decks and rooms. We are looking forward to renting it again next year. Thanks for your wonderful accomodations.

Great family vacay in Dewey Beach
Claudia's home is perfect. We had a great experience from the moment we first walked in the door until we left. First off, the place was immaculate. Everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves with was there.

We won the lottery with this home!
This home is a "secret garden." When we walked in we were greeted by cheerful colors and images that set the tone for the rest of the week, which was the "bestest" Dewey vacation ever. We are grateful to Claudia for creating and sharing this vacation home. Our large family loved being at this home and will be back.
