The staff were generally very good (although see comment below) and helpful. The Wi-Fi was reasonable and the air con, once working after an initial problem was good. Shower and bathroom good also. They also helped me with a ticket delivery which was much appreciated. Location is good.

The guy who took me to my room asked me directly for a tip. I was going to tip anyway but didn’t appreciate at all being asked for it so blatantly. It seemed all he was interested in. Also when I checked out, I was again asked for a tip (for no reason whatsoever) by another staff guy. I obviously refused as there was nothing to tip for. So it seems they just look for tips at this place. I wonder if they ask the local Bangladeshis the same. The bed was also rock solid - May as well have been sleeping on the floor. Also someone (the manager?) was calling me repeatedly asking if I was still coming etc etc. I was flying to couldn’t take the call so give me a chance man! I’m not usually bothered at all before arrival at a hotel.

Room has secured with CC camera as well as floor entrance looked which is open only punch card. Sound proof floor staff behavior Smart TV etc.

they don't follow price which is shown in Booking.com. Last time I pay 1800৳, but in this site is showing 1634৳. Bed is not comport because bed is swing and make sounds almost every room's beds.

Everything - room, staff, cleanliness, security. Great & honest owner. Recommended place to stay in Dhaka. Even the location in the middle of super busy road, I dont mind at all :)

first time for me in Dhaka. the hôtel is cosy, clean and well situated. AC and internet connection work very well. Ali and his employees are friendly. all sightseeing is within walking distance plus the bus station and port. it’s a good place for feeling the old Dhaka spirit. Good report quality cost

Compared to other places in Old Dhaka it seemed very overpriced for what you get
