Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich in einem schönen, familienfreundlichen Komplex direkt gegenüber von Disneyland und der Innenstadt von Disney. Zum Eingang von Disneyland und California Adventure Park sind es nur etwa 12 Gehminuten, zur kostenlosen Disneyland-Straßenbahn 6 Gehminuten oder zur Monorail in Downtown Disney, die Sie direkt nach Disneyland bringt, 8 Gehminuten. Sie erhalten 2 reservierte Parkplätze in unserer Anlage (1 in der Garage und 1 am Straßenrand), sodass in Disneyland keine Parkgebühren in Höhe von 20 USD anfallen. Loved ability to walk to Disney areas with ease. Food and non-Disney shopping required driving. Accommodations are comfortable and not fancy. Met our needs. Washer and dryer available in unit was very helpful. Would stay again.

My family (3 adults, a teen, and 2 kids) stayed here for 3 nights. The check in process was very easy. There were snacks which the kids grabbed up immediately. My teen slept in the pull out bed downstairs. There’s a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs and a queen bed in the other bedroom. There’s also a cot upstairs that can be used for another child. The fully stocked kitchen was so helpful. The Disneyland hotel is directly across the street. If you are willing to commit a minor crime and j walk, it’s much closer than what the GPS will show you. You can actually walk over and get on the Monorail pretty easily, bypassing the longer lines at the main Disneyland entrance. Perfect location. We ended a long day with some night swimming which was awesome. Everything was well stocked and so convenient. We will absolutely stay here again.

The homeowner has thoughtfully provided an abundance of ammenties to make your stay as smooth and easy as possible. W/D with detergent and fabric softeners. Life vest and water toys. Stroller. Fold-up bed. Etc! It's walking distance to Disney parks and so nice to have triple the space of a hotel room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Loved being within walking distance to Disneyland! Absolutely loved and enjoyed the welcome basket with snacks and bottled water upon arrival. Having a washer and dryer was a true lifesaver when traveling with two young children. My grandson wanted to bring Pluto home with us and I told him that we have to leave Pluto there for all the other children that stay! Very accommodating to young children, offering toys, books, beach toys, stuffed animals. The communication was great and quick response time. If you and your family are looking for a place within walking distance to Disneyland that is clean and safe environment with a lot of amenities, make sure to stay here. You will not regret it. If we are ever in the area I will for sure stay again. Thank you!!

This little townhouse was perfect for our stay and the fact that we are so close to the Disney hotel downtown Disney was amazing. We actually were shopped to realize that we literally cross the street and we were in front of the Disney hotel where the rest of our family was staying. It is a little outdated, but overall perfect for what we needed it for.

Wonderful location with easy access to the Disney parks. Had a few minor issues (one not even associated with the VRBO itself) but the property manager was quick to help in both cases and get things figured out. Our family had a great vacation and this place was a big reason why.

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to tram that takes you to Disneyland. Nice mattress on the bed. Slept well. We didn't utilize the kitchen area too much as we ate at the park and picked up fast food. Breakfast cereal and English muffins. There was a bowl of assorted chips and water on the table when we arrived.

Stayed at Hermosa for our Disneyland Half Marathon. Having a location with two bathrooms was key to getting ready for those early race start times and post race showers needed before we went to the parks. The location is about 2 miles from the front door of the park, but it's a really easy and direct walk. The only thing we took note of that was unexpected is that you are so close to the parks you can hear the fireworks every night! This is not a bad thing, but we were all in bed by 8 p.m. for our 3 a.m. wake up call and were startled! Otherwise the host was lovely, the place was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for us. The convince of the kitchen is valuable. The townhouse is very clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. You do have to cross a road with no crosswalk to get to Disneyland and this is a bit challenging with a stroller.

We really enjoyed the easy access to the parks and Downtown Disney. We took the tram to and from the parks and then made the easy 2 block walk back to the condo. The condo was clean and cozy and the property manager checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for the snacks and waters, perfect to throw in the backpack for waiting in line sustenance!

The location was absolutely wonderful and easy walking distance to Disney. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the window in the primary bedroom is older kind of falling out almost? Lots of draft coming through there, but honestly that’s probably me being pretty picky. I would absolutely stay here again.

So happy we chose to stay at this property — it was the perfect spot for our family to walk to the parks and come home for a midday break with our 2-year-old toddler. Communication with both Jennie and Ying (her assistant) was prompt and made the check-in and check-out process simple and stress-free. Would happily stay here again.

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We used the twin-sized cot, so our 4-year-old could sleep in our room and the pack n play for our 2-year-old, who slept in the Mickey-themed room. I brought a pack n play sheet and a slumber pod. We also enjoyed using the stroller that came with the condo and I brought a second single stroller, so we could split up at the park if needed. Disneyland is a 15 minute, enjoyable walk through the Disneyland Hotel and Downtown Disney. We decided we preferred to walk the whole way instead of taking the tram or monorail. It was so nice being able to easily come back midday for a rest. We also ordered curbside and delivery from Wal-Mart so we could bring our own food/drinks in a soft cooler (we brought) into the park and eat dinners at the condo. Since we have messy small children, we also appreciated the washer/dryer and came back home with suitcases full of clean clothes. One con, which is out of the property owners' control, is the Disney fireworks are super loud on the weekends and at 9:30 p.m. If you have little ones who you'd like to be asleep at that time, remember a white noise machine! I'm ready to book our trip for next year!

This rental was perfect for my family! I have kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved this place! Comfortable beds, nice pools to swim in and the kids were so excited to walk through and see all the princess pictures. There was even a stroller to use at Disneyland, it was perfect!

We could not have asked for a better location than if we had stayed in the Disneyland Resort itself - a 7 min walk to downtown Disney which leads right to the park gates in less than 5 mins. Perfect with a 6 y/o! Townhouse is older but very clean; beds are comfy and the complex itself is quiet. Outdoor parking space was close by and secure (we did not use the garage). Liked the convenience of having a full kitchen with a dishwasher! As 3 adults and 1 kiddo, we had plenty of space and are super happy we chose to stay at this magical location.

Perfect for going to Disneyland. Great having 3 beds. Family room is a bit small but we were never there so it didn’t really matter. Kids loved the snacks left for us. Check in was very smooth. Front of complex so close for walking to Downtown Disney and park entrances. Less than a mile to the parks so we saved money by not having to pay to park at Disney.

Overall great place to stay as your base for Disney! Good quick walk to either the tram or Downtown Disney. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Even the fold out couch in the living room was comfy- and that never happens! Didn’t really use the kitchen to much but looked pretty stocked as far as utensils and dishes go. No spices or anything but again, I didn’t need it. They did leave snacks and coffee so that was a nice touch. Only thing that I didn’t see on the other reviews (honestly not sure why I didn’t think this), but you are very close to Disneyland. What that means is if you are not in the park enjoying the fireworks you will hear them. Loudly! We arrived the day before and thought it would be a good idea to get a good nights rest before hitting the parks… oops! Startled awake at 9:30. Not bad once we realized it but it was a shock! All in all I would definitely stay again.

This place worked really well for our family. A very close walk to Disneyland and all the amenities needed for our kids (high chair, stroller, playpen, pool toys and toys and books). The owners checked in on us and were super quick to respond when we needed something. The master bed was really comfy and having the kitchen and bbq was a huge help and money saver. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
We highly recommend the magic dream house for families spending a few days at Disneyland who want to be close to the park but have a quiet space to themselves as well, as the Disneyland and Grand hotels are so packed with people all the time. Thanks again!
