It was possible to arrange the check-in one hour before the check-in time.

There were maggots in the kitchen sink, the washing machine had mold and there was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan. We mentioned this to the host and the next day the maggots were removed and the washing machine was better. Still, there were stains on the chairs and couch and overall it did not feel very clean. The host mentioned in some comments that the guests should communicate if something is not clean, but I believe that the host should also check the apartment thoroughly before the guests arrive. Specially things so big like maggots in the kitchen sink. Also, there was a big sheet on the bed but no sheets for the duvets. And it was either a very thick duvet that smelled bad, or a lighter duvet for only one person. Luckily my partner wasn't so cold so the sheet was enough for him and I could take the lighter duvet that didn't smell. The price is okay and the location is great, but I felt very uncomfortable given the situation with the maggots. I felt disgusted to do anything in the kitchen after that.

El alojamiento esta en una perfecta localización. Buena atención de parte de Ignacio y de la chica encargada de que todo en la habitación estuviera limpio y organizado.

The location is great. Two beaches are nearby, also just 15 min foot to the excursions pick up place. Comfy bed. Perfect place to stay for couple of people. Lots of restaurants around.

No full size mirror. No balcony.

This is a very lovely apartment just in 40-50 meters from the beach and also in the center, the location can not be better. Numerous restaurants, bars, fruite shops and supermarkets are all around next to the apartment. At the same time it's not too noisy, I always slept well. Very friendly and available attitude, special thanks for providing choice of pillows, as far as I need a special one) And it was great to put some food for me in the fridge. Absolutely recommended, you will find yourself in the center of local life and in comfortable conditions.

Pros. Location, really close to the port (we went by ferry to La Palma), two nearby beaches and main shopping spots. Also our host was really helpful on couple issues. Plus we got comfy bed (very important!) and wifi.

Cons. Lack of balcony. View from the window wasn't too exciting - a few opposite houses and street down below.

The bed was extremely comfortable. When I arrived there was bread,butter, quite a bit of food in the fridge for me excellent people met me at the apartment and showed me how to work everything, a washing machine which was really good.

The whole of tenerife was on lockdown for my 2nd week and the 1 downside was that there is no outside space which wouldn't normally have been a problem as I would have been out all the time.
