Comfortable and spacious apartment. Biggest advantage the numbered private free parking. All facilities included. Also free coffee and biscuits. Price would be more convenient if there were more of us.

For someone who doesn't know the area it is difficult to locate the building, especially at night. Though rather isolated, noises reached the inside on Sunday morning. Too much personal information asked by the host after having booked from Booking.com for "safety reasons".

Location was great as it was close to bus stops and the main train station. Managers were very kind, responsive, and accommodating.

Would have been good to have some kitchen bowls and larger cooking pots.

The main beds were confortable, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the kitchen looked well equipped (although we didn't have to use anything).

It was no properly cleaned and there were no storage space in the rooms, except for the main one. There were peanut shells inside the sofa bed and no sheets to cover the mattress.

Great location close to the train station and city center. A very quiet large apartment with a strong WI-FI connection and a balcony. Staff replied fast when I had a question or an issue. The apartment comes with one parking spot.

I was walking around for 45 minutes with heavy luggage, trying to find the building. Google map does not take one to the right building. All the buildings look the same and the buildings are only signposted in front and not at the back. The apartment was boiling hot upon arrival. The knobs on the elevators in 2 rooms were broken. In the end I had to disable the heating all together. No elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. I thought the rates were rather high. The pots and pans in the kitchen were too old and not suitable for cooking. The mattress was old and needs to be replaced. The iron board was broken, the dining room table was broken and the clothes drier was broken. My card was charged more than once in error, for the refundable deposit, after I had already checked out.

it was not clean at all. there was a big carpet stain at the entrance, the bedding had hairs on it, the limes came on the shower screen was filthy and the flat on the whole felt lives in as opposed to cleaned. there was also no extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. only 2 forks were provided.

Location was great as within walking distance from Colchester town centre. Car parking in nominated parking bay was a bonus. Quiet surroundings with balcony was nice. Within walking distance from train station and supermarket was another bonus.free WiFi and tv was a bonus.

Kitchen utensils and crockery had to be washed prior to use. There was no equipment to cook with so we had to eat out. One awful old saucepan and frying pan which had seen better days was the only things in the cupboard as well as a cheese grater which was dirty. When I took the sheets off the bed when we were leaving, the mattress was badly stained, there was only a single mattress protector on the double bed and there was hairs from previous occupants. The entrance hall to the apartment block had a really bad smell but we were on the 3rd floor so could cope with that. The furniture was old, tired and rug was stained. The lid on the kitchen bin was broken. Why was there a cleaning fee when the apartment was not up to top standard.

the location was great, the communication was easy and they were quick to respond.

The shower was horrendous and it was impossible to have a hot shower with any pressure. As soon as you turned the tap to hot the pressure dropped to a dribble. Four of us in the apartment all said the same. The extractor fan in the bathroom also didn't work. We cooked the first night and some of the pans were really old, going a bit rusty inside and not nice to use.
