Nothing to like unfortunately

The property is in the back of a garden, it looks like a shared house in the front and then in the back you’ll find the studios. The surroundings are quite messy and doesn’t look safe at all. The room/studio was smelly really bad, the towels on the beds looks very old and not clean, bed sheets smelly and not clean. To be honest I don’t know how people can rate this property with 4 or 5 stars. We lost the money because the owner said that there is no refund offered, which is a good trick to make money. We couldn’t sleep in that smelly room so we had to book a last minute hotel.

Several bits like light switches and shutter switches looked a bit dodgy. Some maintanenance needs to be done. The basin tap in the bathroom was very loose. There was a hole in the ceiling where a light used to be. Fending off the owners cat the kept trying to get inside.

Only one night, but it was exactly what I was looking for. Apartment was clean, everything was prepared before my arrival. Contact with the host was good via Booking. Apartment is quite small but well organized and equipped (I was nicely surprised with champagne glasses and umbrella). There is also access to small garden in front of the house, with some garden furniture. The area is quiet. Before I came, I received all necessary info from the host. It's easy to find a free parking spot on the street nearby.

Cozy place to stay, like in the country side. Comfy bed, silent place to sleep. Not far form the city , close to supermarket and that BAR was amazing in my home, like a little street party.

no broom or plug for sink- made it difficult to maintain tidy place. microwave safe dish would be good too!

The room itself was fine and has what you need, but the overall accommodations are strange.

Felt like a hostel. Check-in process needs some work….hard to find on the street. Gate was challenging to figure out. Courtyard you walk through is messy. I would. it stay here again.

Overall it was OK, reasonable price. However, I booked this property as a redirection from booking.com and had to communicate with owner and the booking.com serval times to wave off Euro 300 deposit for one night stay I felt it is way too much for this studio flat considering the short stay. The garden was dirty and smelly. Room is basic. Off-street parking was free but depend on availability. I felt the owner was not accommodating or welcoming.

Clean and comfortable self contained apartment. Very reasonably priced and the hosts were really helpful. We had a great stay and enjoyed Reims

You are a little out from the centre so will need a car or use public transport to visit the cathedral.

lovely spacious property, the bathroom was very clean, there was a large garden and the host made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Poor quality / finish & especially double bed was very uncomfortable & felt like the legs could collapse at any moment

The property is badly maintained: the bed (most crucial part of stay) was broken, same with toilet seat cover

We requested cancellation a week in advance of our booking and we’re charged the full amount for the stay. No communication between the hotel and the booking platform. Very slow response to calls and emails when we tried to change the booking.

Very spacious room and well equiped kitchen.

Complicated to get in with suitcase - rock path was not allowing to roll suitcases, there was no lights we did not know where to go. Key chain / lock box was confusing. Door lock was confusing. Bed was extremely hard. Only 2 stools to sit at the table.
