Staff and location.

Bathroom was quite small. Everything worked well it was just small

Close proximity to the Cathedral and the city center.

Cleanliness was sub par and the bathroom emitted a constant foul odor.

Very clean and close to the city centre. Ideal position.

The room was a little crowded for three people, but we managed.

The hotel is an an excellent location near the Cathedral and Tourism office. Very easy walking distance to the cobblestoned shopping district and public transit if you need it (we just walked everywhere). Very friendly, helpful staff.

No lift for luggage, so we had to carry everything up four flights of stairs. Be aware if you have accessibility issues. The room was much smaller than we had thought, but it was comfortable.

Suitcases cannot be spread out on the floor. It would have been nice to have a kettle and cups

Dirty. Room was so small I could barely walk around the bed. There was food and cigarettes trash all over the balcony I paid extra for. Peeling paint in room. Shutters did not close. Breakfast was ok at best.

How close to the city close to restaurants

They took deposit two days before stay we didn't recognise the payment as wasn't the name of hotel we then had to cancel card payment taken from.The hotel then said they hadn't taken a payment we said we had cancelled the card and it was being treated as a fraudulent transaction they then put money back into account very dissapointing

Nice greeting from the guy on reception. Breakfast was decent enough for a continental one.

We had a room on the top (4th) floor. Steep steps & no lift. Fortunately we only had overnight bags, god help you if you have bulky/heavy ones. Rooms are tired & small - so small that the door to the bathroom is one of those folding affairs. Okay for 1 night, but wouldn’t want to stay much longer.

Hôtel De La Cathédrale is nicely located with city parking just a few yards away. The cathedrale and city sites are within easy walking distance. The staff was pleasant.

You have a room in an elevator-free multi-floored guest house. The rooms are small, especially if there are more than two of you. It barely works. Once you set down your luggage, maneuvering around the room seems like a game
