Sehr schönes Boutiquehotel mit tollem Blick auf Schloss Wernigerode. Top Lage zur Stadtmitte. Gratis Ladestation :-). Schönes kleines Schwimmbad im Haus. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Bei offenem Fenster hört man den nebenan fließenden Straßenverkehr; ungewohnt, wenn man sonst sehr ruhig wohnt. Das war uns allerdings bekannt und bewusst (daher hier nur der Hinweis).

Alles toll, Spa- Bereich,Pool, Freundlichkeit, Lage,Blick zum Schloss,gepflegte Anlage Einfach top.

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Dieses Hotel können wir absolut empfehlen, die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten auf dem Marktplatz, an der Bushaltestelle, beim Bäcker, im Restaurant, einfach alles ist sehr nah. Ein herrliches Hotel mit Charme, romantische Bäder, ganz oben in rosa, darunter die Etage in hellblau, wir(5 Mädels) fanden das alle entzückend. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück mit Bedienung und allem was das Herz begehrt, goldene Löffelchen, überall Kronleuchter, so lässt es sich gut in den Tag starten. Ein Schwimmbad, Sauna, in jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage, der Parkplatz gleich nebenan und auch schön angelegt, alles sehr gepflegt. Wer diesen „alten“ Einrichtungsstil liebt, fühlt sich hier pudelwohl. Schön, dass es noch Hotels mit so freundlichen Angestellten gibt, vielen lieben Dank nochmal, wir haben alles sehr genossen und konnten tatsächlich mal vom Alltag kurz abschalten!

Es gab eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln...

Tyylikäs ja perinteinen hotelli kauniissa kaupungissa. Loistava aamiainen joka tarjoiltiin pöytiin. Ilmainen pysäköinti hotellin suojatulla pihalla.

Wifiä ei saanut kytkettyä Apple TV.n.

Das Stadtzentrum liegt fußläufig zum Hotel, beginnt fast vor der Haustür. Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist Gold wert, da man in dieser Innenstadtlage kaum Parkplätze finden würde. Das Hotel ist optisch sehr ansprechend, die Zimmer sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Ein normales Restaurant gibt es nicht, das gleicht das fußläufige Angebot in der wunderschönen Altstadt aber aus.

Einziges Manko: Wir wussten nicht, dass laktosefreie Milchprodukte für das Frühstück vorher angemeldet werden müssen. Darauf fehlte jeder Hinweis bei der Buchung. Gleiches gilt dafür, dass Hunde nur in den normalen Doppelzimmern erlaubt sind.

Sehr schönes Hotel nah am gemütlichen Stadtkern. Im Preis war alles enthalten: Frühstück, Parkplatz am Haus, Pool, Sauna inkl. extra Handtücher, Bademäntel. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne „Frühstück-Atmosphäre“. Kein Buffet! Extrawünsche werden umgehend erfüllt.

The stay was great overall. The personnel were very helpful and informative and the whole atmosphere very quiet and cared for. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly, also the hot water. We also had a terrace and the room was located very near the elevator and the dinning room, but we didn't hear any noises. Breakfast was abundant and had many options. We really appreciated that it was not a buffet but you could order what you wanted to eat from their menu so there is less food waste and everything we ate was freshly prepared. The pool and saunas were very clean and tidy. There is a wet Turkish sauna and a dry Finnish sauna (outdoors) with enough capacity. The circuit was easy to follow and even if it is small is enough for a relaxing day. Also, we could use the installations as much as we wanted giving notice to the receptionist.

Overall is in a good location, but close to a main road. Our room had a terrace that had a great view to the castle and old houses of the city, but was just in front of the parking lot which can disrupt the atmosphere and from there the sounds of the cars can also be heard. Nevertheless, the rooms are well isolated and inside was totally quiet.

The staff were super friendly the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast service as opposed to a buffet .
