Große 2 Geschichte. Dies ist nur die obere Ebene des Hauses. Ab dem nächsten Jahr wird die untere Ebene verfügbar sein. Gewölbedecken, Neu renoviert und ohne Kosten in der Küche mit schönen Schränken alle weich zu schließen, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, begehbarer Bartresen, Touchless Waschbecken Wasserhahn und hohen Decken geschont. Von der Küche oder dem Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser gibt es dreifache Glasschiebetüren, die sich zum Balkon mit Sichtschutz öffnen. Am besten ist es, morgens auf der Veranda mit Blick auf das Wasser Kaffee zu trinken. Vielleicht sehen Sie sogar einige Seekühe, die vorbeischwimmen.
Wohnzimmer: Couch ist elektrisch und Recliner ist auch elektrisch. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und schauen Sie sich TV / Internet Wifi auf dem 55 "Roku TV an. Ich habe auch Netflix und Amazon Movies und TV Shows.

This place is awesome!! Great experience and everything is ready to go when you get there. This is a must stay place if you have the chance.

We stayed 6 nights in July & had the best family trip! The canal was clean and nice to float in; fishing right off the dock. The use of kayaks made this trip excellent! We paddled past the State Park and floated back, amazing views - including several manatees right next to our kayaks :) Roger’s Park is 2 minutes by car or you can paddle there. A few other parks were just about 5 minutes drive as well. The 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs State Park was well worth it.
The house: The listing was exactly as described and EXTREMELY clean. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the screened in porch and zero bugs, a Florida feat hard to achieve! The beds were comfy & showers clean. Plenty of towels, utensils, plates, etc for a family stay. Hosts thought of everything you may need away from home. Any questions we had were answered quickly from Miss Mary.
We look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We saw several manatees that hung around the canal at dusk. We received quick responses from the manager whenever we had any questions. Overall the property was clean, in a great location, and would stay again in the future.

Awesome! Loved the neighborhood and quiet canal. Property was very clean. Loved the screened upper deck. Everything as listed. Several manatees hung out all week and we also say 2 dolphins during the tornado warning. Fabulous vacation week. Would definitely stay there again. Thank your so much Mary!!!

This is our fourth time staying here and that is a record for us. We would never continue to come back to any place unless we were 100% satisfied with our experience. In fact, there were times we wanted to a stay here but it was already booked. You cannot go wrong booking here. Mary, our host, is a pleasure to work with. We will be back again for sure.

Clean, modern and comfortable waterfront vacation home which is exactly as listed. The host responded promptly and we loved being a 5 minute kayak to rogers park and upper deck. We rented a little skiff and rode through the clear springs at Weeki Wachee state park. Loved our stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect for us. We experienced Crystal River to the north and Tarpon Springs to the south. And kayaking off the dock on the property was great. Loved seeing the manatees. Very nice deck that overlooks the canal. Inside the property was very clean. Finally, the host is super responsive to questions and inquiries. Always responded in a few minutes. We'll definitely be back.

From booking to checkout, it was a great experience. Mary was quick to respond to any questions and the directions for check in and check out were simple. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great for kayaking, fishing and boating. Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay and we would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is well kept and clean. The directions on how to use the internet and TV were very clear and worked great. While the weather was unusually cold having the canal in the back was great. There was a nice patio, dock and kayaks for use as well as a fire pit and grill. Would gladly stay here again.

I love the location and the house is spacious, we enjoyed our stay even when it rain, lightning and thunderstorm on and off. I like the jacuzzi, shower, kitchen and bed are comfortable.

The owners are SO NICE and they replied back very quick when I had questions. We loved the house, the view, the dock. All of it!!! Can’t find many other houses that has a boat available to rent. The marina is a hassle to rent from in my opinion. You have to get there super early and you are limited on time. So a boat at our convenience what the best part!!! The people below us were nice when we seen them, But we hardly seen them! Can’t wait to coke back! Already planning for next summer! 🙂

Perfect as usual. Very few places have we stayed at twice and we were not disappointed. It was just as wonderful as our first stay. This will likely be the only place we will stay 3 times and more I’m sure.

Beautiful scenery, we rode the boat to Mud River to watch the sunset. Saw Manatee maybe 200 yards from the house.

If your looking to stay in this area look no further. I shopped around and this place was very nice!!!!!! Recently updated I read , and had a nice jacuzzi tub and spacious kitchen and living room area with large screened in porch and fire pit. Very nice owner and we loved that she had kayaks for us to use. We saw manatees and lots of fish. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and come back. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Summer vacay on the Weeki Wachee River
We had the best time here! The house was clean and comfortable, the beds were comfy. The large kitchen is amazing! The location is perfect, you can get to the river quickly and go up river or head toward the gulf ( which we did every night for sunset). We just loved looking at all the different places on the river as well as the wildlife. We saw manatee, snook, mullet, turtles, owls, anhingas. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay even during rain
I apparently scheduled our vacation during the rainy season... But it didn't matter with this rental. We had two teens with us (12 & 14) who were great sports and would just jump in the canal or kayak in the rain. We definitely took advantage of the kayaks while we were there (sadly no manatees were seen probably due to the red tide).
The rental was very clean and updated well. Could've used more convenience items (like a toaster with bagel button), more pots/pans, and maybe a few non-perishables like salt & pepper. I didn't cook while there due to needing seasonings, extra pots, cooking spray and such. I needed to leave room on the plane luggage for all our souvenirs we obtained from Tarpon Springs (I highly recommend the trip to the sponge docks).
The rental was overall very nice and a great place to go relax on the canal.
