Location in the center of town, near beach, harbor, restaurants, supermarket... The team is very friendly and helpful. Alessandro the director is a great host, he handles the hotel like it was his own.

Too much usage of single use plastic (amenities, bathroom glassware). Room decoration is minimal.

Staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations for boat trips, tennis court, canyon hike etc. The complementary breakfast was very good. Pool area was small but nice and not overcrowded in any way.

Our room had a boring view of the bottom of a staircase, but we didn’t’ specifically order a room with a balcony or a view, so this of course doesn’t apply to all rooms. Styling of the room could be better, but it was clean and fairly large. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Mario and his team offer a friendly and helpful welcome. All facilities lived up to or slightly exceeded our expectations of a 3 star stay. Having seen some of the other 3 star places in the vicinity, I'm certain we chose the best. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Whilst they can't be described as stylish or luxurious, they have all the basics you'd want or expect at the price. The location is superb - under a minute walk to a well appointed grocery, dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes, and the port where boat trips depart are maybe 6-7 minutes away. And unlike most other hotels in such a central location, there was even a small swimming pool that was perfect for a post-boat trip cool off. The classic room (which we had) doesn't have a balcony and I wish I'd paid a bit more for that amenity. Oh, and for those reviewers who say they don't like the machine made coffee at breakfast, on our second morning we noticed that there is a second pot full of filter coffee now (and it is indeed better!).

We thought that the pool would be larger than it turns out to be. If we were travelling with kids who just wanted to swim in a pool all day, it probably wouldn't have lived up to expectations. Small, and like everything else at Nettuno, spotlessly clean, it was just about right for a short, after boat ride, dip.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were really helpful. The guy from reception is the best, gave us all important information about the hotel, Golfo di Orosei tour and best restaurants (class)! The location is perfect because it’s really close to the beach and restaurants, few meters, but is not exactly at the Main Street, which is really good because is quite and you don’t hear anything to sleep.
