1.hotel is immerse in a beautiful and well kept soft landscaped garden . 2.fantastic terrace bar with view. 3.amazing pool 4.all sport grounds with easy reach 5.exceptional communal spaces for seating, included in the reception 6.helpful and happy staff. 7.good security with staff checking people on the grounds 8. beautiful design of bungalows

the room should be quality checked by the manager/ senior staff before it is rented out. 1.no light in the lobby of the room (light bulb needed replacement) 2. the drain of washbasin was blocked in the bathroom (soap bar stuck in drain pipe) 3. two A/C units in room (one out of work but not removed from wall, paper note warning taped over) 4. lock barrel of safe was faulty (coming off if pulled)

Beautiful location, very good and spacious rooms. Traditional interior but everything worked and was very clean. Great pools and easy access to the beach

Beds are not great, breakfast is nothing special.

Went down hill since covid no experience staff especially in restaurants and caffe property not been maintained well the grounds used to be so well kept! All Staff need more training !!really needing new management !!

Breakfast: cold eggs, cold bacon, cold sausage. Parking and beach beds should be included not overpriced. Loud music outside late at night.

Everything was extra: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, parking, you name it. Plus you have to pay a daily resort fee! Was ok overall but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Not much… the staff was nice but not too helpful neither We didn’t participate in any of the activities but I think there was a lot of work behind… If you enjoy staying and the hotel during your holidays, there is a lot to do: several bars, activities for the kids, aquagym… for me… a bit to crowded but I guess it’s the club concept I didn’t enjoy

Room: The smell and cleanness of the room. The AC remote was broken Breakfast: like a factory but no even well organised, everything was finished and the quality VERY POOR. Don’t even dear to try the juice…

Great location with large rooms and helpfull staff. Only 5 mins walking distance to the marina and all restaurants.

You have to pay 8 Euro for carpark, that's understandable. There is an automatic barrier at the entrance of the hotel, even though we paid parking fee, it never worked during our stay and we had to call reception every time.

The room smelled as it was not aired long time. Staff was helpful only with the facility info, they didi not help us with anything outside the hotel. Parking was bad experience - we had to go to reception each time to enter as cameras for ramp did not work, parking was far away to the room.

The structure off the place

The coffee it’s terrible, and the food very oily.

Rooms were big and very clean, the air con worked great. Amazing location right by the beach and 5 minute walk into the town. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was really great. Lovely, helpful staff. we had a great stay!

The bed was a bit hard

Perfect location, excellent staff, welcoming and very helpful. Nice, comfortable rooms with beautiful surroundings of charming park. Relaxing pool area with lots of space and view to the sea. Few steps from breathtaking private beach with amazing view. Sweet welcome package with snacks and soft drinks.

Great location in Cala Gonone. The beach is below the resort down a steep set of stairs. Beach views from pool area. Room was clean and large, services daily.

Staff can be a little less than accomodating. Limited meal options for dietary restrictions. Swimming cap needed to swim in the pool.

Limited shower space Restaurant seems always over booked, There are different offers everyday and all staffs are actively stand by, but too many people at the same time even breakfast also dinner, you need to be super ready for it : P

This hotel stayed in the 80's starting with staff, cold breakfast and hotel standard. I have never been to a place where if you book breakfast only, there is not even a kettle in the room, nevermind little kitchenette to make a quick meal. Breakfasts were disgusting, everyday same cold bacon and same cold scrambled eggs. Coffee was undrinkable. Pool and beach staff very rude and unfriendly. We were nearly run from the beach one day as we did not have all inclusive therefore we are only entitled to sun bed if we pay extra for it-that is not mentioned anywhere on the website nor in the booklet that you are handed at arrival. Similar story at the swimming pool-people with all inclusive were gone for their lunch and pool staff started taking their towels and belongings off the sun beds. It's fine to do it when sun bed is unoccupied for couple hours, but not when your guests are going for a lunch in your hotel as this is the time when you serve it! Never seen anything like it before! And all of that when there was still many sunbeds empty and available if someone would arrive! Room as I have mentioned already was pretty poor standard with plastering coming off the wall due to leaking air-conditioning. Would not recommend this place at all!

Not a fan of the plastic bracelets you have to wear during the entire stay. Friendly, but not all very helpful staff. Beach chairs and umbrellas expensive to rent (if you stay for several days, buy your own). Smoking area next to outdoor breakfast area not nice.

air conditioner was not working during the stay, when it’s repaired the smell was bad and last for a few days. dinner was expensive and not good, so many flyers in restaurants anytime.

The room was a decent size. Onsite parking a plus...though very busy. A nice little beach down at the bottom of the property which you could either pay for a sunbed on the right or lie on sand to the left. A nice scenic 15min walk along the seafront into the restaurants.

Rooms tired and dated for a 4 star hotel. Mould around the shower and dead bugs squashed on the wall. Breakfast was ok....once you didn't want hot food.
