Clean, well supplied, very accessible for handicap person, nice neighborhood, close to town. very enjoyable place to stay

Older home with recent updates and well maintained. Well supplied. Large yard in the back was perfect for outside time with family. Located on a busy street but the neighborhood was quiet and the street noise was not noticeable in the home. Easy to find and great location. Very close to downtown with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn't be more pleased!

Our short stay in this lovely house exceeded all expectations! The owners have truly thought of everything you might want from a rental. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. It was a comfortable and convenient stay. We will definitely rent again next time we visit family in the area!

We were looking for a place outside Charlotte with safe off-street parking. This more than filled the bill! Clean, equipped with everything you might want or need. Cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in we immediately felt comfortable. The house was super clean, inviting and had so much to offer we never felt like we were "not home". Whenever we had a question or concern, we reached out to the homeowner (even before our trip) and they both could not have been any kinder and informative. Overall AMAZING EXPERIENCE and we will hopefully be back soon to either this property or any other they own.

We stayed for a month. The location was perfect for us. We walked to shops and restaurants and it was a short drive to visit family. The house is older and had a few issues that were addressed quickly. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. My husband didn’t find the couch comfortable but I found it ok, depending on where I sat. The other living room chairs were good. The house is located on a busy street. If you want to walk someplace, you will have to cross the street to get to the sidewalk.

We stayed over Thanksgiving so we could celebrate the Holiday with my MIL. It was the perfect size! Listing is exactly what you get. The town is cute and has an adorable downtown area!

Older home but very well maintained with a newer bathroom, small but nice. Kim was easy to communicate with. On a fairly busy street but if you want to be that nice and close to downtown it comes with the territory. Big, simple backyard for tossing a ball around or practicing disc golf putting whatever.

Our trip was for the World of Outlaws finals. Great place to stay.

This house is very nice very clean. Practically brand new looking. The neighborhood was lovely. Would recommend this place to anybody staying in the area. Awesome experience.

This house was perfect for our visit to Davidson College for Parents weekend. Typically a 10-15 minute drive to campus. Our daughter loved joining us for some rest and relaxation.

We fished Lake Norman and was really nice to have a place close by lake. Plenty of eating places as well. Great Time !!!!!!

The house was clean and easy to navigate. I was traveling w my BFF to visit my family, including my father who is in assisted living. House was conveniently located to downtown and his facility. We were able to visit w him during the day and still have some fun downtown w other family at night. I would stay here again. Kim provided everything we needed.

This was our very first visit to North Carolina and our first VRBO experience. We enjoyed Kim's lovely home very much especially her spacious and immaculately clean kitchen and living room and the porch swing was fun too! All the amenities we needed were there including TV's in four rooms, and a washer/dryer which was very handy for our extended trip. An abundance of towels and linens; also a nice bonus. We ordered take out meals, but you certainly could cook your own meals in this beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The home was a perfect location for us as we attended a wedding at Carrigan Farms, boating on beautiful Lake Norman, dinner at Eddie's, and all were within a 15 minute drive. Only about 35 minutes from the airport as well. We would definitely recommend Kim's home to Mooresville and the surrounding area travelers.

The house was easy to find, newly updated & very cute. Perfect for my stay while dropping my son off at school. Met the owners who very hospitable and proud of their property. House was clean & well stocked for my stay.

Everything was good , except no cable or Wi-Fi was working when we arrived and found a few coach roaches . Host was having orkin show up for spraying and cable and Wi-Fi looked at .

We came to Mooresville to move our son into school. This was the perfect place to call our home base during all the activities. Cute, quiet, and perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will be back!

it was what we expected, nice , clean and quiet

We have stayed many times and always appreciate how it is maintained and stocked with what you need. Shopping is close by. There have been some nice updates. New toaster (my favorite). Older trees taken down that were dying & two nightstands in the bedroom on each side of the bed.

We were visiting friends in Moorseville, this location was great. The house is decorated nicely and has all the amenities we needed. It's on a busy road, but it was quiet at night.
