The staff whent above and beyond to provide everything we needed, the breakfast was also fantastic we loved it.

The parking was great especially if you had one of the separate chalets ( You got your own little parking bay right outside the door.)

The locks on the doors were not very secure and there was no safety deposit box.

They were aware of my needs to sleep during the day due to Night Shift work and were considerate, putting me in a room away from others and ensuring I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping.

Free parking. Staff were very welcoming. Lots of good quality extras such as bottle of water and biscuits and a fridge and microwave. Breakfast had lots of choice as well as cooked items. Fruit salad and fresh fruit were nice to see.

My only little grievence is cold plates at breakfast! Perhaps a plate warmer would be a good idea

Great to be able to park your car at hotel, room was very clean, snacks left for us was a nice treat with a cup of tea, staff all friendly to talk to, breakfast was very nice will book here again when next in chester keep up the good work Ray....

we booked a superior room with a bath - but this was a small shower enclosure

Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked tea tray with biscuits, crisps and a bottle of water. Even had a chocolate on the pillow! Breakfast was OK. Good choice of cereal, continental and basic cooked food. Eggs were cooked fresh.

Church Bell that donged every half hour on the other side of the road!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and a lovely, comfortable room. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Free parking.

Not a lot of room in the bathroom for putting our own toiletries on and, though we opened the window, the room was too warm for us overnight.

Everything I'd definitely stay again, staff lovely even met the owner. Lovely room en suite, comfy bed, beautiful breakfast, great location, would definitely come again.

No bathroom shelf or ledge for washbags or inside shower for flannel etc. No coat hooks in bedroom location

Comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom though shower very cramped. Good access and welcome on arrival.

Breakfast disappointed. Limited choice of eggs and you have to ask for them on arrival which they don't tell you avoid getting them when the rest of the few cooked items are finished. Table not laid properly - self service for cups etc. Internet access a complete mess with countless routers all with different over complicated passwords. Not enough accessible plugs in the room to charge multiple devices.
