location was great in walking distance of shops. restaurants cathedral and city walls. yet hidden away I. this little courtyard

bathroom downstairs. and it needs more hooks to hang things up. no welcome pack unlike lots of other self catering properties we have stayed in.

Nice and cozy place in the middle of the town, very convenient. Clean and comfortable rooms to stay in.

There is only 1 toilet so a bit of a wait with 4 people staying there, but fine.

ideal location for Chester, no taxis needed. the cottage was lovley and cosy.

Location was great. Property was very clean and comfortable. Smaller than it seemed in the photos but lovely for a long weekend. Kitchen was well equipped with excellent appliances. Shower was very good although the shower cubicle is very small so might not suit a larger person. Lovely property.

Parking was a little bit awkward but can't be avoided in the centre of a city and parking permits were provided which really helped.

Great location, spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Wonderful attention to detail. Coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker, welcome bottle of wine and much more. Lovely little patio area to sit outdoors.

central location, very well presented, clean and well equipped, literally a 5 minute walk to the Main Street for shops, bars & restaurants

The accommodation is in an excellent location, very close to town and free parking. The accommodation is tastefully designed, cozy and homely, has everything you need. My family and I totally enjoyed our stay. The host is so friendly and responsive, she also left a bottle of wine and biscuits for us! love this place and I would highly recommend that you stay at this place if you come to Chester which is an amazing town.

Basic tea or coffee was good.

When we got their explaining the directions to the property was difficult and had to ask strangers on the street for directions. The key code was wrong. Thanks to Zoe, who helped us find a way of getting in.

The location was perfect and the complimentary parking permits made a big difference as we didn’t have to trawl around looking for parking - instead we could park outside the cottage and take our luggage in without stressing. The beds were extremely comfortable so we had a great night’s sleep both nights and we couldn’t hear the neighbours even though it is a terraced property! It was also great that the host supplied things for my daughter such as a high chair and baby bath - this was really thoughtful.

If I am really clutching at straws, the only thing I would say is that the kitchen tap when running had a bit of a funny smell but this wasn’t an issue.
