Breakfast is awesome. A serving lady is so kind and serves your orders just like 5 star hotels. More than you have experienced at guest houses.

Standing outside for 20 minutes trying to get in and hybrid breakfast with condescending attitude.

Very smooth check in. Warm, comfortable triple room with tea and coffee making facilities. Well located on a main route into the town centre. We were offered on-site parking and were able to take a bus into town, which were very frequent - every 10 minutes or so. The guest house is opposite a wine bar and close to a selection of supermarkets. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Gluten free bread was provided as an option with breakfast, which I was very pleased with. Excellent value for money.

Not a fault with the accommodation but the street outside was a bit noisy on Saturday night.

We were given a different room compared to the one we booked. The bed was shaped weirdly such that if I sat at the very edge it would tip over. No bath tub. Didn’t have that much choice over cooked breakfast (just eggs and toast)

I liked the good location (the bus stop to the city centre is 3m away) and one of the friendliest staff I've ever come across. Since I had to book this place on rather short notice as our previous reservation got cancelled, we had to arrive late at nearly 20:00 o'clock. A very friendly person helped us out on the phone to find the key lockbox and get in because it was locked. The room was very cosy, there was even Netflix and other apps on the smart TV. There was also tea and a water heater. I also loved the bathtub. In the morning a kind lady made us toast, croissants, eggs and coffee and we had a very pleasant chat with her. She even gave us the contact information of a friend of hers in the city centre to leave our luggage! A definite recommendation!

The only drawback was that the electric shower in the bathroom didn't work and we had to use the bathtub.
