Central location, friendly staff by the reception, affordable.

A lot of noise in my room by the street side. They couldn't give me another room. The rooms were clean, but very old. You can see some damage everywhere and some mould in the bathroom. The bathroom was very smelly of sewage. The interior is quite basic. Bed sheets were clean but had some small black spotty stains. Also.. The shower does not get hot. They told me it's like that in all rooms because a lot of guests are staying. At best it gets mildly lukewarm when you let the water run for a long time, but this is wasteful. There was no breakfast, the restaurant has been closed since Covid, but come on, it's December 2022.. Overall this feels like a neglected hotel that's poorly maintained. It looks nice when you enter the lobby but then the room and overall experience is quite disappointing.

Location was good. The Parking attendant washed the car. The walk through downstairs history memorabilia

The swimming pool was enclosed all the way around by the 4 floors of rooms and therefore the water did not get a chance to get warm. The area surrounding the pool also only captured 2-3 hours of sunlight in the middle of the day. The nice looking dining area was still closed due to Covid. No breakfast facilities or dining.

Our Triple Premier Room spacious, bright light, clean bed room, clean bedsheet and towel, they also provide tea bag, cofee instant and mineral bottle for 3 person, slipper and toilletries. You can go to PVJ within walking distance

The location bit crowded. There is no shelves in the shower area to put shampoo and soap.

Location is good, it is walking distance to Paris Van Java, a huge shopping mall with Sogo and lots of branded shops, but price not really cheap. Also you can find a lots of restaurants.

Very old hotel with only one lift, the worest is toilet are very dirty, washing basin and toilet full with black stains. The water kettle supplied was oxidised and the plug already melted, totally not suitable to use. The pool causing a lots of noise, you will wake up around 7.30 a.m. Insufficient parking lots, one of the staff asked me to park at the back of the hotel at the roadside.

The fridge was not working. We tried to call operator 2 times but no answer. However, overall was good

Room and amenities are to simple. Parking crowded they calling us to weak up at 4am to move our car. Horrible.
