My second stay here. It was a short stay, with we could have stayed a second night but alas we had work to get back for. Great happy hour as always, was nice to meet our fellow guests and relax in the awesome bar.
I could smell bacon in the morning. There was no bacon with breakfast. Rude.

I think I found MY Queenstown hotel.
After a long day out it was the little comforts that made my stay remarkable. The huge soaking tub, the heated bathroom floors, the heated towel rails. The complimentary mini bar and snacks/lollies at the snack bar downstairs at their lounge if you run out. The relatively fast internet (85-90Mbps! Another place we stayed in a few days prior gave us speeds of 6Mpbs, come on!) we were able to do stable remote work and remote video calls.
It is centrally located, just cross coronation road on the corner of the hotel and you are in Hotops rise, go down the path and you are in the packed town centre.
They have a complimentary happy hour and a sauna which we did not have enough time to try.
I felt I had a personalised experience from reception through to my stay and until checkout. Brilliant. This hotel is in my saved list for Queenstown.

Interesting little hotel in an amazing location. Staff were extremely friendly. Very comfortable bed and big clean room. Loved waking up to the smell of fresh croissants! Additional bonus is the happy hour with house wines and nibbles - really makes for a wonderful holiday.

Our favourite hotel in the Queenstown CBD: fantastic location adjacent to the QT Gardens Park (putting you just 5 lovely wooded minutes' walk to the heart of the CBD), extremely quiet, well-designed and well-appointed rooms, lovely staff, free happy hour for guests each evening.

Great room with interesting decor and very comfy furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a quick walk to Queenstown central.
Had difficulty with the room safe which too high to reach easily and needs better lighting so the instructions are readable.

Amazing staff who were very friendly, helpful and personable. We arrived at the front of the property and were greeted by Alex who quickly helped us with our bags whilst I parked the car, within a couple of minutes Alex was back with an umbrella to shade us from the sun whilst walking from the car to reception, what a gentleman he was. Sasha who worked on reception was a delight and would greet us with a smile every day we saw her. The hotel had a happy hour each night between 5-6pm which encouraged guests to meet and greet each other over a selection of wines, beer and soft drinks together with a selection of nuts. The hotel location was very convenient and only a 5 minute walk in to the centre of town and the rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows.

beautiful designed room even had a beautiful balcony overlooking snowy mountain peaks and Gondola. loved it generous rooms with beautiful furnishings. small luxury hotel of the world. amazing breakfast even that was exquisite with fresh compote fruits and yogurts fresh breads jams and croissants daily. coffee drinks and juices downstairs daily free happy hour. “this hotel” do yourself a favour and stay here. right next to Queenstown Botanical gardens, easy stroll down through gardens and down to the waterfront bars and bistros. hardly need a car. we managed to get an on site park every time. the staff are gracious and kind can’t do enough for you. beautiful hotel great find. we stayed at the Hilton also and it’s the next best thing.
