Handy to Coolangatta GC50 run and food places.

The room smelt of stale smoke and for a family room only had one plate,bowl,cup etc. Overall cleanliness was poor.

Easy check-in and out, Quiet area not far from city

Shower water pressure was low

Close to main attractions very helpful and went out of there way to help

we had a two night stay, the second night we returned to our room which had not been touched, we thought they may have tidied up , and left us some more Coffee sugar etc , then the last morning at 4-30am a group of Asian travellers who were leaving early had a team meeting for about half hour , not impressed.

The manager was flexible with our check in time and let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding.

The second room didn’t have any air conditioning or fans and needed to have a couple of power outlets.

We had no hot water on the evening of our stay and we were unable to shower. We did however have hot water the next morning. Management assured us he was looking into it. It appears from previous reviews that it is an ongoing problem.

it was dirty. room had holes everywhere dirty also flees and stunk. the main bed was dipped so couldn’t sleep properly

Location was great

Very old and dated. Obviously long term/permanent stays.
