I like the bed and towels they had. also facilities onsite is amazing and you cant fault it. our lovely Maxx assistant Tugberk did everything he could to help with any requests, we really appreciate that. staff were very helpful, if they speak language and understand you. food choices were plenty and good quality food in various restaurant. We loved the dessert bar and chocolate shops, it was definitely a nice touch. love the spa facility as well.

the hotel is a bit dated, could use with some redecoration. they had a lot of pools but only two were heated, one is outdoor and one is indoor. for this weather, it would have been great if they have had a bigger pool being the heated pool or the kids pool being the heated pool so the kids can enjoy the slides. there were a lot of kids onsite so it would have been nice. the seawater heated pool where we spent most time, you can tell the wooden decks around the pool is moulded very badly, it would be have nice if they fix that because it looks a bit gross. food and drinks ordering system at the pool or beach is a bit poor, there were a lot of guests at the pool but i dont think there were enough staff to order drinks. the drink ordering bar code system doesnt work in quite a few places. there is no simple food at the pool, only chips and nuts which is not good when you are stuck at the pool with kids who doesnt want to go, so the only thing they eat all day is just chips. some simple sandwiches or snacks for the kids would have been lovely. most of staff at the resort doesnt speak very good english so it is a bit hard to get your orders right or communicate, which is not what i am expecting with an international hotel. but when you do get help from people who speaks English, it is lovely. Cocktails feels very diluted and wine choices onsite were very limited (only one red wine choice) and i personally didnt like the wine.

Perfect place for a holiday with kids and friends. Good restaurants, great facilities.

We liked everything. One thing to note there are only two pools heated outside (kids pool and salted water pool). Main pool and aqua park pools are not heated.
